Just to stay was nice.
In the room I s stayed second floor is not good internet connection. Drink bar is not enough collected.
Location, location!!!! Friendly staff. Very good value for the money. Very good restaurant at Camp St. Stefano closeby (the one closest to the church). Small but good breakfast! Good and warm shower Room was in a seperate building; felt like an apartment. Clean shower Daily cleaning
Hotel is noisy; you hear when people take a shower but it was OK.
-Location -Friendly Staff -Value for money, in an expensive place like Venice
-Insufficient lightings in the room, could have been better - Air conditioner was not working on day one. After lodging a complaint they set it right from day two.
It's near to San Marco,
Very small rooms, feeling little hot, very diffcult to find location
Location and the wonderful croissant at breakfast. Room was big.
Building was outdated - needs some modernization. No elevator.
Best breakfast we had in Italy!! Bit off the beaten track, which was actually quite nice. Not overly fancy and room smelled a tad smokey, but would stay here again.
Slightly smelly room
Location to Piazza San Marco
The safe was broken, the staff refused to allow us us to have the airconditioning on and the TV was so old it didn't work until the evening staff member fiddled with it and we had a few channels.Shower curtain mouldy and exaust fan broken in bathroom. Poor lighting. Would not stay there again.
We booked 3 rooms. We had the suite with adjoining rooms (my 3 boys in one and us two in the other) The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Our friends had the superior double which was lovely. The staff could not have been more helpful and polite. Easy to find and close to the Rialto bridge and St Marks Square. Would definitely go back.
The suite could do with a lick of paint but thats only cosmetic. It was clean and comfortable and more than big enough for the 5 of us.
We were given a beautiful apartment room complete with two stunning chandeliers and a view over a quiet canal. We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary so this was perfect.
Locatin and distance to san marco square
- the Blankets seemed to be dirty - one of the staff mailed us rudely ( about wrong doubled reservation) - decoration of the room was too dark and old - the breakfast was too poor
Location is fine. That's it.
No wifi on the second floor. No TV either. Minimal breakfast. Staff doesn't care about your problems.
Staff really great, went above and beyond to help with our stay. Location excellent.
Very simple and basic but in fairness you get what you pay for considering Venice prices.
Great location, just around the corner from the Accademia bridge and a short walk to San Marco. Friendly staff and a large and comfortable room. Perfect for a short stay.
The wifi signal waivered in and out. The shower was powerful but the water was never particularly hot. The fridge was so cold it froze the cola we put in there solid but these were only minor issues that didn't detract from the enjoyment of our stay.
Space in Venice is restricted - but we had our own bathroom which is a luxury in Venice. Overall we had a good time here and it was located perfectly allowing us to explore Venice in the few days we were there
Location and friendly staff
The wi-fi never worked. No offer to help us with the heavy luggage. The included breakfast mean 1 croissant and 1 small bread roll. Instead of allowing guests to serve themselves as they pleased, the hotel already plates the bread and prefers to throw those that were not eaten away. Tremendous waste and not welcoming at all!!!
Nothing much good to say but guess since it is Venice all hotels will be about the same.
The pillows were not very fluffy. Limited choice at breakfast. Poor Wi-Fi connection.
The location and price.
I've booked two rooms. One of them had a strong mold smell. The breakfast is very simple. It may be improved more.
Great location, near a lovely plaza with nice restaurants. A short walk to St Mark's square. Fantastic Cappuccino and croissant served for breakfast, which was included in the room rate.
Tiny room. Air conditioner only works when you put in the key that's attached to your room key, and the day manager (who was grumpy) made certain you left the keys at the desk when you went out. No common area to sit in. Tried to sit in the breakfast room and told it was closed!
Great location - we walked everywhere (and our youngest is only just 6). Lovely staff. We had the family suite which was very big and air conditioned. Decorated in a very authentic old venetian style. Breakfast was basic but very tasty.
thei si not a criticism of the hotel. Make sure you know where the hotel is - there are so many tiny streets in Venice, even the locals couldn't tell us where the hotel was. The taxi boat driver told us, when we disembarked that the hotel was "100 m up there" - it wasn't and we were actually a long way from the hotel. In the end a very kind man phoned the hotel for us and got directions! Googlemaps does not work in venice, and sent us on a wild goose chase!
Great location - easy access to all the main sights. Good family room at the top of the hotel - 2 rooms with an adjoining area with table and chairs.
Location and value for money for family of 5. Croissant was excellent for a quick breakfast!
Decor was a tired and could do with a refresh. Kitchen where breakfast was served was very tired!
Nice, clean, calm and hospitality is very good
water pressure is not good
The staff were great really helpful in all ways and beakfast was simple but nice
rooms were small and beds were hard, hated the stairs
Location - close walk to St Mark's Square, Grand Canal etc..
Room we were in had no hot water, the air conditioner supposebly broke that morning so we had a noisy fan (room was still warm & we did not want to open the window as there were many mosquitos), wifi was terrible had to pretty much stand next to the toilet to get a good connection. The apartment was spacious and the mattress was comfortable BUT the pillows were as flat as paper. We moved rooms after 2 nights to a smaller room which was okay but the electrical points were not compatiable with our Australian adapter.
