Room was serviced every day with clean towels and bedlinen. Breakfast was good with choice of juices and cereals, yoghurts and tea/coffee. Decor quirky. Hotel idiosyncratic. Reception staff left at 8pm so no good for late arrival unless prior arrangement has been made. |

The two-bedroom suite was great. The rooms were large and nicely decorated. The bathroom had an additional room with a 2nd sink, so two adults could easily get cleaned up. The hotel is very convenient to St. Mark's Square just by crossing the Grand Canal via traghetto, and then walking a couple of blocks. We will definitely stay there on any future trips to Venice. |

Wij hebben een heerlijk, romantisch verblijf gehad in dit hotel en hebben zelfs geslapen in de kamer die te zien is op de website! Wat jammer was, maar dat is buiten de schuld van het hotel uiteraard, is dat de straat opgebroken was. |

Er is zeer veel aandacht besteed aan het interieur van de kamers.Onze kamer was zeer ruim en zeer verzorgd.Het onthaal was zeer vriendelijk. Als we al iets op te merken hebben dan is het de eenvoud van het ontbijt.Hier zou het iets meer mogen zijn. |

Kleinschalig van opzet, rustige ligging, sfeervolle kamerinrichting, keurige prijs en vriendelijk personeel een ondergeschikt punt: geen continental breakfast maar een naar landsaard. Ontevreden waren we er niet over. Wel een hele vriendelijke dame die e.e.a. verzorgt. |
