Everything was great, great location nice breakfast, nice staff. Only thing we didn't like was the pillow, which was to hard. But otherwise, everything was just gretat. Highly recommended. |

This hotel was perfect at the price. Good and friendly staff, Location was perfect and for us a view over a canal. Within yards of the water bus and 75 or so yards from the main pedestrian street and the casino, it was nevertheless very quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended. |

The lovely atmosphere and was so close to everything including alot of sights. The bells started ringing from the church next door but maybe that was because it was a Sunday morning, otherwise good. |

Fatastic location right next to a water bus stop and also in the immediate vincinity of a main street lined with restaurants. Two stops away from the Rialto Bridge and one stop from the railway station. Elegant Venician furnishing with brand new bathroom. Immeidate access to the Grand Canal. |

Staff was very friendly and helpful - geat with directions and tips about getting around the city. Delightful breakfast served at table rather then buffet - nice selection and attentive service. Great location less than a minute from vaparotto stop. Rooms were clean & comfortable, with air conditioner which cooled room quickely on very hot July evenings. |

Excellent location. Good plumbing. Lots of hot water. Much smaller room than we had been led to believe by the photos and the other reviews. Heating we could not turn down ! Lift only for suitcases. |

Only good thing I can say is that towels were changed every day and it was clean Very bad there was no booking when we got there. We were accused of sneaking our 21 year old daughter into the hotel room - she lives in Venice. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful |
