very nice veiw to lake como and and city the rout of access to hotel is relatively expensive ( 25 - 30 euro) if you lose the foniculare (up to 22:30)

The atmosphere with the staff. It was a family run place with mother-son managing it beautifully. They take care of you like family n ready to help you on any aspect. During our stay temperatures were little high, so the night time was tough with no air-conditioning. So upon my requst they provided a table fan and that eased the situation.

I liked the location a lot, especially that it was really near to the mountain train station. Also the view from outside the hotel was amazing, and the staff was very friendly. Actually we had a bad luck that we had two rooms, and in one of the rooms while trying to open the window, the window hand got broken, so it was very hot without fans and opened window.

Clean neat rooms and friendly staff and locals. Stop searching and just stay here if going to Como! Furnicular isn't working until august 2011 - however buses are available to get to town. Hotel is perfect.

Nice staff although English is not their strong side. Very good restaurant for dinner, good breakfast. Room was simple and clean, a bit too exposed to back street. Location is excelent provided that the furnicula to Como works, which was unfortunately not the case during our stay.

Family run hotel. Very friendly owners. Attention to detail and service was impeccable. Really enjoyed the attention and service. Room was good size to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. Dinner was great. Wine was excellent. Definitely would go back. Shower water was inconsistent hot/cold.

Lovely Place to stay away from the city. Great hosts, very friendly and helpful. Close to the venacular train but unfortunately was not working when we were there, they did have a bus to replace. Would recommend but the trip up the mountain by car is very narrow. Was able to walk down the mountain but very steep. Would love to return.

Friendly staff & good breakfast Location is horrible to get to and when you do, the hotel is situated between two roads. Busy bar/restaurant with lots of noise all night outside our window. Over-priced for facility.

Small & cozy family hotel on the top of the hill, very friendly staff, calm and beautiful place. Tasty cheeses and local red wines, perfect place to stay while traveling across lake Como.

Le personnel et son service, situation et accès a la ville de Come par le funiculaire (Attention celui-ci est en arrêt jusqu'au 31/07/11 pour réparation) Navette de substitution en mini-car. Vues panoramiques, accès au phare Volta. Situation en bord de route très étroite, circulation intense le samedi soir certainement dû à la fermeture du funiculaire.Parking limité, mais bien géré par le personnel de l'hôtel

Skvělý a milý personál, vynikající místo vedle lanovky do Como, úžasný výhled na jezero a okolní hory. Bezplatný internet na pokoji, bohatá snídaně, příjemná restaurace.

Olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä hotelli Locanda Milanoon. Ylös Brunateen ajoimme omalla autolla, pitkin kapeaa mutkittelevaa tietä. Loistava sijainti Comon kaupungin yläpuolella, josta mahtavat näkymät alas Comojärvelle ja Comon kaupunkiin, johon puolestaan kannattaa laskeutua vuoristojunalla. Todella ystävällinen vastaanotto ja palvelu tässä pienessä perhehotellissa. Aamupala seisovasta pöydästä oli monipuolinen ja herkullinen. Tätä hotellia voi suositella lämpimästi ja extrana saa paikallista italialaista tunnelmaa. Lisävuoteessa patjan jousitus oli antiikkia!

La gentillesse du personnel, l'accueil agréable. La situation, d'après la description on s'imagine un hôtel dans la colline et dans la verdure et on se retrouve en plein coeur d'un village après avoir emprunté une route plus que sinueuse. Ce qui devrait être signalé.

Otelin fotoğraflarında göl manzarası gözükse de otelin göl manzarası yok. Como'ya çok uzak, dağın tepesinde yer alıyor. Geç check-in olanağı yok. Hatta biz kalırken geç gelen bir çifti otele almadı.

Sehr zuvorkommendes, fröhliches, angenehmes Personal (wird geführt von Mamma und Sohn). Tolle Lage zu Beginn der Altstadt von Brunate, etwa 100m vom Funicolare. Das Frühstücksbuffet war überaus gut, es hatte sogar einen Früchtekorb! (Sonst gibts in Italien meist nur Dosenfrüchte), die nette Mamma bedient einem so oft mit feinem Cappuccino wie man möchte. Kann diese Albergo durch und durch empfehlen!

Logeerde nu al 2de maal in dit gezellig hotel, goede service en vriendelijke uitbaters. Meertalig Engels, Frans en Italiaans. Gratis parking op hotelterrein. Ontbijt is OK en hotelrestaurant is lekker. Vanuit Brunate heb je een prachtig uitzicht over Como en deel van het meer. Como is gemakkelijk te bereiken met een Funicular treintje, op enige minuten van het hotel. Geen tegenvallers. Om het hotel te bereiken met de wagen moet je wel even sterk klimmen over soms smalle wegen met haarspeldbochten.
