Very helpful staff, speaking Russian. Good location, 5 min walk (however, 3 bridges to cross, pay attention if you have lots of luggage! As everywhere in Venice!) from the closest water bus stop Zattere, from where you go anywhere. Close to walk to San Marco (~20 min or so) or train station. Grocery store (called Billa) just 5 min away. Rooms have kitchen, so you don’t have to spend lots of money for restaurants. Our room had a patio with dimmed lights, which was one of the most romantic things I have ever experienced! Especially considering real Venetian neighbourhood and complete quietness in the evening! No cars or scooters like in other Italian cities! All in all, I would recommend it for everybody! Nothing really. A bit pricy, but this is Venice! However, it was almost impossible to find the hotel! Thanks to the staff who met us on the way and took us to the place, we ended up there! They should give exact address (street name, not the district name) or better directions from the train station or even better to provide gps coordinates. You must have a gps in Venice! I could find the way back to the hotel only thanks to gps. Any maps are absolutely useless in Venice, half of the streets are not even there! |

音はうるさいですがエアコンが付いていました。スタッフも親切でしたし、ジューデッカ運河に近く、良いロケ- ーションでした。ヴェネツィアでこの価格はお得だと思います。 もう少し入念に掃除していただけたらよかったと思います。部屋のコップも取り換えてほしかったです。 |

La atenciòn normal. Un desayuno en el cuarto ya que no cuenta con otras instalaciones. La direccion no estaba bien aclarada por lo que nos resulto dificultoso llegar, ya que Dorsoduro (la direccion indicada) es una zona de Venecia y el nombre exacto de la calle no estba bien indicado. |

Le petit déjeuné amené dans la chambre, cela fait gagné du temps au matin pour débuter les visites Oui, à l'arrivé, nous avons été acceuilli par deux charmantes personnes. Le reste du temps, il n'y avait jamais personne a l'hotel, on a recu les clés de la maison pour pouvoir rentrer. Et le dernier jour, la sympathie de la personne en charge laissait a désirer |
