Magnificent Renaissance building in sublimely beautiful square within sight of Duomo. A really unique place to stay that feels like steppping back into past. We had two large and quiet rooms with handsome antiques and comfortable beds. Excellent air conditioning. Helpful staff. Bathrooms a little old and faded and baths too small for those of ample girth. Although squre in front of hotel very beautiful it seems to attract many beggars.

location we were placed in the hotel annex which is in need of overhaul and repair. In main hotel is probably nicer but the annex leaves alot to be desired. In addition the city soup kitchen is next to the hotel so you need to keep an eye out for ______________.

In gerneral, the service of the hotel is very nice. The location is also very convenient. There are different kind of shops and good restaurants nearby the hotel. The gentleman served us at the breakfast room and ladies helped us to clean our room are very nice. Other staff serviing at the reception are very helpful. I and my husband are still remeber their friendly faces. We really enjoy to stay there. I definitely stay there again if we visit Florence again.

The hotel has "old world" charm with high ceilings and spacious rooms furnished with rather massive old renaisance style furniture. If you are looking for modernity, this is not the place. However, if you like living with history and period furniture, when this is the place.It is not expensive! My partner stayed at this hotel ten years ago soon after it had undergone a major renovation. He and his friends loved it. During the last decade it has become a little worn and is now somewhat "shabby, almost chic". We did, inspite of my comments like the hotel and would return.

Staff was great and we appreciated the quiet room. The mediocre ratings simply reflect that we had not realized we would be in the annex. The room felt dated, in need of a paint job and simply did not reflect the photos on the website and the glowing reviews about location and beauty of accomodations.

Un ambiente ed un'atmosfera veramente speciale. Situato in un edificio storico, di cui mantiene tutto il fascino, senza apparire per questo "polveroso". Vista su piazza SS Annunziata e sui tetti di Firenze. Arredo curato e con pezzi d'epoca. Ottima colazione servita in una elegante sala. Cura dei dettagli. Stanza singola un po' piccolina. La TV prevista in camera non c'era ed il personale ha candidamente ammesso che in effetti era in riparazione (?) e che non erano in grado di provvedere ad una sostituzione

- nous avons aimé la qualité de l'accueil, la proximité du centre historique de florence ( 500 M du duomo) ainsi que le calme de la chambre. - dans la chambre le systême de douche qui rend le carrelage très glissant. - le parking est cher ( 20 euros par jour )

Utrolig charmerende, og den antikke stil hotellet har bibeholdt er smuk og charmerende, og passer med arkitektturen i Firenze by. Morgenmaden var rigtig god: rigtig friskpresset juice, god italiens kaffe, æg, brød, frugt ect. Internettet virkede ikke som lovet.

We had a wonderful visit in Florence at the Loggiato Dei Serviti at the end of May 2011. It's a fantastic location; just a short walk to the Duomo, The David and many shops and other attractions. Our rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and well appointed with wonderful, stately antique furniture. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They gave us excellent advice and restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay at this hotel, again.

Our room was wonderful! Overlooking the student courtyard of The Accademia, we could watch them sculpting through our 2 large windows. Open & breezy yet rustic, this ex-monastery is perfectly located right down the street from the Duomo & many other famous landmarks.

Su ubicación y su sabor antiguo de las dependencias. La ubicación cercana de un centro de asistencia a indigentes que provoca algunos momentos ruidosos para las habitaciones a la plaza. Sin problemas de seguridad.

ブルネレスキが設計した孤児院の正面にあります。建物自体もかなり歴史が感じられます。建物が複雑な構造を- していて、所々にソファのある共有スペースがあり面白いです。古都に来たという雰囲気が味わえます。 シャワーの出はあまりよくないです。

La location è a dir poco ...... eccezionale.Firenze è un museo a cielo aperto. Soggiornare al Loggiato dei Serviti è vivere dentro un "museo". Respirare e vivere dentro un'opera di un Antonio da Sangallo, aprire l'uscio e ritrovarsi di fronte il Portico degli Innocenti di Brunelleschi , affacciarsi da una finestra e scorgere la Cupola di Santa Maria del Fiore non ha prezzo. Per tutto il resto , come recita un famoso spot pubblicitario , c'è mastercard. Un posto così andrebbe valorizzato di più da parte delle autorità cittadine. Con un minimo sforzo Piazza degli Innocenti potrebbe veramente risplendere. Invece è piuttosto trascurata,sia in termini di ordine pubblico che di pulizia. La cosa non è certo imputabile alla direzione dell'hotel.

“We stayed at the Albani hotel in the center of Florence for four nights, five days and the experience was lovely. The staff was friendly and always helpful.
