Great location just five minutes from the centre and a beautiful room with real charm (four poster bed, decorated ceiling) Bathroom was a tight squeeze but all part of the charm! |

The location of the hotel is excellent, about a 5-minute walk from the Duomo. The hotel is a beautiful old building, which fits right in the Florentine atmosphere. However, because it is old, the sound proofing is horrible. I could hear people walking/running down the hallway the entire evening. Luckily the noise stopped after 11pm, but it was a bit annoying. |

It was like staying in a beautiful family home surrounded by lovely antique furniture. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect in a quiet square yet only a few minutes away from Il Duomo. |

La ubicación, cerca de la accademia donde se encuentra el David de Miguel Angel, a poca distancia de el duomo y de todo.El presonal muy atento y un buen desayuno. Casi todas las habitaciones tienen cama con dosel y la que nos dieron no, aunque no estaba mal. La calefacción un poco ruidosa. |

Nuestra habitación era amplia y muy luminosa. Estabamos en la tercera planta y no se oìa ningun ruido de la escalera o de otras habitaciones. El personal era encantador. Tiene un pequeño ascensor cosa contradecían los comentarios de otros internautas. La situacion del hotel privilegiada. Faltaba una còmoda o algún mueble similar con cajones para dejar la ropa que no cuelgas en perchas. En el desayuno faltaba algo más de fruta fresca. |
