Location location location... Very very easy to find from the main train station... Which is always a relief when traveling on your own. Staff were very friendly, room was absolutely fine, very typical for a european room.. On the small side, but expected so not a problem at all. I would stay here again. The shower box is very small, if you drop your soap, you have to open the shower door to pick it up but that is typical for an eurpean room, and it would not stop me booking this hotel again. I only mention it as if you are a big person... Don't be shy, if you are overweight or really stocky request a room with a larger shower. The doubles may be larger, I was in a single. |

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Lombardi: it was so convenient to restaurants, bus station, tourist sites, the markets etc. and easy to find. The welcome was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Staff were always ready to help with directions, restaurant recommendations, etc. Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere and made our first trip (and definitely not the last) to Florence very special. There was nothing we did not like about the hotel. |

Close to Train Station, easy to find. Was small but comfortable. Leaky air conditioner - ceiling fan was enough though. |

Good value for money given that a decent breakfast is included, the rooms are clean, and the hotel is well located. Incredibly noisy (even with ear plugs) - you can hear noise from people coming and going through reception, the main lifts, plumbing and from the room next door. Very dark rooms. The size of the shower is very small (and I am a small framed person). |

Cosy, very friendly staff, clean and warm. Excellent! I'd prefer to have more typical breakfast, not so much touristic. |

昨年に続き今年も宿泊しました。駅から近く市内観光にも便利な立地です。ホテルのオーナーもとても親切で観- 光のアドバイスをしてくれました。部屋は質素ですが清潔で機能的に全く問題はありませんでした。駅に近いで- すが夜も静かだったと思います。 |

La ubicación céntrica,zona tranquila,trato del personal excelente,orientación al turista muy buena,cerca de estación de trenes y omnibus, habitaciones amplias, muchas comodidades, importante que tiene donde guardar maletas, el encargado nos dió soluciones a todo lo que se le requería. muy cerca de la estacion de tren(menos de 100 metros). personal amable. limpieza de la habitacion para el precio del hotel, la habitacion no era ninguna maravilla, tenia un mobiliario bastante pobre. dicen q tiene tv satelite y sólo se ven canales italianos. ducha muy pequeña |

El personal fué muy amable. El desayuno estaba bien. Me gustó que tienen una buena máquina para hacer café o capuccino, asi que el cafe era bastante bueno, no era soluble como en otros lugares. Las habitaciones son bastante viejas y esto se percibe un poco en el olor del hotel. |
