old stinking stairs in the house (the hotel is on the second floor) extreemly tiny shower stall even for slim people street noise hard bed poor aranged lighting

The breakfast was ok and the staff was very nice, especially Georgio

Room lighting was bit dark and no tea and coffee facilities WiFi wasn't free

Liked the fact we could walk from the train station and the rental cars where we drove to the rest of Tuscany from. Close to all sights and especially close to Double Decker bus stop to tour Florence. All 3 bus routes stopped around the corner there at stop #1 immediately south east of train station.

Location, vicinity to the center of the city and railway station. Acceptable for 1-2 night stay with the purpose of a city exploration with accommodation for sleeping purposes only but be aware of the construction site 50 yards away. They start to work at 8 am.

It's simply an old apartment transformed into a hotel. Old furniture, plumbing fixtures need replacement, poor breakfast. No exchange of towels during my 2 night stay.

Too "ancient" elevator in the gloomy and rather sonbre entrance of the old house.

In the second day - when I was checking out - there was no breakfast (even if I had pay for it),because they told me that a group of people occupied the whole breakfast room & there was not a place for me.

friendly staff always gave us a hand

Hotel is near the railway station. So finding it was very easy, specially when you arrive late in the evening. Staff was very helpful and gave enough information about the city. Rooms were clean and were mix of new and old style of houses in Italy. Breakfast timing and checkout timing were good enough for lazy vacation.

Bathroom is too small.

Quite noisy if you stay on the front of the hotel as every one rolls carts down the street with their garbage at night and tour buses park/idle on the street as well .

Location Whilst there were no major problem I believe one could find a better place for the money.

No easy and free internet. A charge of 10 euros to use a debit card , but that is the same for most of the small hotels.

Location was excellent, close to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable.

My room was a little noisy from buses and other traffic on the street right outside my window.

It is located near the main train station and close to the historical center. The room was not small and it had good air conditioned. The price was very good in comparison with other similar hotels.

Good location, near train station and walking distance to areas of Vlorence we planned on visiting.

Had a little trouble finding hotel and major construction on the building next door so lots of construction noise early in the morning outside our room.

Very close to train station so convenient for getting around. Very typical of small, older renovated Italian hotels. Had what we needed for our short stay

Beds were not very comfortable.
