Location is fantastic, rooms are newly refurbished, staff is knowledgeable, polite, friendly and speaks good English, simple breakfast yet sufficient to start the day right It gets noisy at night

Very interesting room at the last floor. Very friendly staff (really its a family). Good breakfast. Location. Fresh repairment. There is no lift. But it's not big problem because staff is very friendly and they like to carry heavy luggage.

Everything. Breakfast was excellent, hotel staff was very friendly, made kids very comfortable. The shower area was very small and there is no way that you can prevent the bathroom floor from gettin wet after the shower.

Very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast and very near train station. Note sign is not as large as in picture. No lift if you have trouble with stairs.

Very good location, near railway station and almost in the center of the historic city. The staff was very helpful and polite. Very nice lady gave us a lot of useful information about the location, sights, the best ice cream in the city and the best Tuscan food. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is built in the Tuscan spirit. Posizione molto buona, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e vicino al cuore della città storica. Il personale era molto disponibile e cortese. Ci ha dato un sacco di informazioni utili sulla posizione, le attrazioni, miglior gelato in città e la migliore cucina toscana. La colazione era eccellente. L'hotel è costruito nello spirito toscano. In our room there was not the shower cubicle, only the curtain. When we showered, we got the water on the floor in all toilete. This was a little uncomfortable. We did not need the lift and we did not need the air condition. Nella nostra camera non c'era il box doccia, solo la tenda. Quando la doccia, abbiamo ottenuto l'acqua sul pavimento in tutta la toilette. Questo era un po scomodo. Non abbiamo avuto bisogno l'ascensore e non abbiamo bisogno di aria condizionata.

Staff, location. Breakfast was OK too. Price was expensive, although I guess OK for a popular destination such as Florence. Shower was not spacey enough. Air-conditioning was broken.

The hotel is close to the trainstation, 5min walk. The room was not in good conditions. Damaged washbowl, shower, toilet and minibar. Nobady cars about this. "It's standard" For the same price there are other hotels with better rooms, also close to the trainstation.

There is no lift in the hotel! If you arrive with heavy luggage, be prepared to use the stairs.

Great Location, very close to train station and historic sites. The Shower was a joke. Only half a shower curtain that flooded the bathroom. The breakfast was no worse than all the others I have had in Italy. The beds, including matresses were probably original with the 15th centry building.

The location is great (2 min walk from the Train station and 4 min walk to the Duoma square), big rooms. Hard to find (sign is not really visible), no possibility for parking, shower is preading te water all arround the bathroom, internet connection is not stable, no elevator.
