Good location, friendly staff, nice room and breakfast. The hotel is decorated in the art style. Mosquitos; some sockets were broken. At first it was cold in the room, but than the central heating was switched on.

The hotel is small and comfortable with friendly staff, feels at home when inside the hotel room, the decoration, curtain, bedsheets are family style, the building is old. Hotel staff were very friendly to give directions, and the breakfast was also good enough, the service lady was kind and helpful although she cannot speak English.

Nothing 1. location, although near station on a main road 2. Toilet flush did not work 3. Toilet seat broken 4. Shower only fit for a midget. 5. Mini Bar fridge did not work 6. Double room, but two singles pust together 7. TV did not work 8. No cover on ceiling light 9 Hairdryer was rubbish In short this hotel is not worth of a 1 star let alone 3 star. I would suggest EVERYBODY steers clear of this hotel, it is a disgrace and booking.com should never ofer it again

Room was clean, big and comfortble. Staff was nice. Hotel well located, you get to walk everywhere. Very close to rail station. Streets in front of the hotel is a bit noise. If your room is on the third floor you will miss the elevator.

I did not like the hotel lambarda at all. From the first entry to the hotel to the last minute after checkout, I could not justify the spending of my money on such a hotel. Rooms are small, washroom need maintenance, and generally smelly. The lighting is very dim and air conditioning not working.

Very small and dirty room, dirty towels, a broken lamp in the bathroom, broken furniture and conditioner. No lift.The breakfast room is closed before the time for 30 minutes. The hotel is not possible to pay by credit card. This is not a hotel, it's – flophouse.

Florence is not a cheap city to visit, but this little hotel manages to deliver a decent service at an okay price. The big plus is that it is ideal for seeing some of the city's best sights. The shower cubicle was tiny! Shower worked fine, but the cubicle was definitely built with slim people in mind!

I was at this hotel six nights, four with my 12 year old daughter and two with a group of friends. The location is great for those wishing to visit Florence. The hotel staff were always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic but good. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is small but functional and we have nothing to point to the cleannig. Although not lift, I suggest requesting a room on the third floor (every old construction in Florence has problems with sound isolation). We want to come back!

The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful but cannot understand too complicated English. The toilet esp the shower area is too small to accomodate proper shower and was not very clean when we checked in. Lots of towel were on the floor and the sink was not clean.
