El trato del personal y su situacion

The only positive was the location.

Rooms were dark and dingy, very outdated with poor furnishings and a television that didn't work. The bathrooms were a joke and badly in need of modernization, with poor fixtures and fittings and an almost useless shower if you did not want to flood the place. The breakfast was awful. The whole atmosphere was terrible in a badly laid out and badly maintained hotel. Never to be repeated!

Good location next to railway station and Duomo. Busses e.g. to Siena an San Gimignano departs close and of course local busses. I would say the best area to stay, if you don't want just to hang around in Firenze, but see Tuscany country side and beautiful landscape. Hotel stuff is friendly, but not all of them speak English. No elevator.

It is in the center of the city.

Fair and pleasant staff but some receptionist doesn't speak English.

The staff were nice and very helpful. The location was very close to transportation and everything else as well. The room was big, and the bathroom was kept quite clean. They never once interrupted me to do cleaning; they always made sure to do it while I was out. The breakfast was good and free! The hotel was decorated very nice too with antiques and prints of famous Italian artworks on the walls

The shower curtain had mold on it. The TV did not work. Probably air fresheners would be nice, there was an odor but just because it's such an old building.

L'Hotel si trova centralissimo, a due passi dalla stazione S. Maria Novella, dal Duomo, insomma al centro cittadino. Ottimo servizio, staff cordiale. Ottimo Consigliato.

Hotel in una posizione molto comoda per visitare la città, vicino trovate oltre la stazione, ristoranti,bar,farmacie...

отель находится в центре города, звукоизоляция в отеле ужасная! Санузел оставляет желать лучшего.

Douche impraticable,proprete insuffisante,il y'a des poux dans le lit je me sens malade,je reviendrais jamais,et je conseille pas les touristes d'y aller.
