Excellent location! (city center), all staff members were kind and helpfull (always with a smile), we were offered the lougage room to keep our bags for the entire day after checking out from the hotel, reduced parking fee nearby (24 euro for 24 hours), breakfast was good (beter than a continental breakfast), room included air-conditioning and all for a very fair price. Great value for money! Bathroom was fluded since water draining in the bath was insufficient |

The only positive was the location. Rooms were dark and dingy, very outdated with poor furnishings and a television that didn't work. The bathrooms were a joke and badly in need of modernization, with poor fixtures and fittings and an almost useless shower if you did not want to flood the place. The breakfast was awful. The whole atmosphere was terrible in a badly laid out and badly maintained hotel. Never to be repeated! |

Good location next to railway station and Duomo. Busses e.g. to Siena an San Gimignano departs close and of course local busses. I would say the best area to stay, if you don't want just to hang around in Firenze, but see Tuscany country side and beautiful landscape. Hotel stuff is friendly, but not all of them speak English. No elevator. |

It is in the center of the city. Fair and pleasant staff but some receptionist doesn't speak English. |

The staff were very friendly. The location is fantastic - near the station and within easy walking distance of all the sights. The bathroom was a wet room really, which made it a bit messy for the person who had to have the second shower. |

La posizione Scarsa pulizia della camera, scarsa colazione, doccia minuscola con una tenda che era meglio lasciare aperta quindi era necessario fare attenzione a non allagare il bagno, letto matrimoniale con due materassi di spessore diverso, inoltre non vi dico il mal di schiena talmente erano scomodi. E' un tre stelle molto scarso, diciamo 1 stella sarebbe più approppriato... |

La proximité avec la gare et le centre historique, l'accès internet gratuit, la taille de la chambre qui était grande, la seconde couverture prêtée gratuitement ce qui nous a permis d'avoir un peu moins froid pendant la nuit Le froid dans la chambre: pas de chauffage mi octobre et probablement 16-17°c dans la chambre, et surtout il faisait plus froid dans la chambre que dans le couloir, le personnel en général peu aimable, pas de bac de douche et la cuvette des wc est juste au même endroit, la propreté relative du dessus de lit, le petit déjeuner est inclus mais il finit à 9:30 et son buffet est peu fourni, et le jour du départ 2 € demandés en plus pour garder la valise après le check-out |

Carece de ascensor. Deberían Advertirlo sobre todo para aquellas personas de edad o con mucho equipaje, a las que les complicaría alojarse en una tercera planta. |

Расположение, отношение персонала - хорошо. Несколько неудобно подниматься и спускаться с чемоданами по узкой лестнице в отсутствие лифта. Не весь персонал понимает английский. |

Absolut zentral und normalen Ansprüchen sehr zu empfehlen. Auf das Frühstück kann man verzichten und geht lieber in eine Bar auf einen Espressso. |
