Location was good.

Very basic facilities - no lounge chairs in room, no tea making facilities.

Good location, parking un front of the hotel, hotel looks good make you feel good - it was renovated quite some time ago, but it is well maintained - there are no carpets on the floors so there is no dust or smell. My room was a junior sweet (2 connected rooms) - of approx. 20 + 20 m, a/c was working well, good shower, towels etc. Very good value for money.

The flat screen tv in the room was small, though SKY-Italy was there. The breakfast was a regular 3-star hotel breakfast, by adding some hot stuff (which was not available) they would acieve a real 4-star standard.

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel provided parking which was a definite plus. Enjoyed our walking tour of the town but highlight of visit was our meal in a small pizzeria in same building as the hotel. Best atmosphere (local families-we were the only tourists) and pasta in our 15 visit to Italy.

Limited parking space, shower clean but not indulging

This was a really comfortable hotel to stay in, with comfy and large beds for a good night's sleep and the staff were really helpful. We were also pleased to find out that the hotel lets passengers booked on the motor rail from Alessandria stay later than the 12 noon check out for no extra cost. The hotel is very well placed for the station and for the centre of the town - it's literally opposite the station and about a 5- minute walk at most to one of the main squares. We'd definitely stay at this hotel again.

Location: close to train station, only 2 minutes on foot. Also within walking distance from city centre.

Don't understand how come this is a 4-star hotel: very basic rooms & breakfast, rooms with old furniture, clean but not really cozy. Certainly not my favorite. Most annoying part is wireless not stable in the rooms, can be frustrating and interrupting while you are working.

Very nice room, comfortable bed, clean and modern. Easy walking distance to the centre of town.

Can't think of anything bad.
