We reall liked the position of the hotel it was in good position the staff were helpful the rooms were basic but clean and tidy we were unfortunately on the fourth floor with no lift and a warm summers day. The air con was a little hit and miss. we would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone that did not have a mobility issue. no lift Air conditioners that we're at the descretion of the owners.

This was my first time staying at Hotel Londra & Cargill, though I have been staying in Rome hotels for 30 years. This hotel is at the top of my list. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to many of the things I wanted to do. The area restaurants were excellent and not your typical tourist restaurant. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. My room was large, clean and comfortable, with a reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

The location was perfect. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Room was excellent - very clean and good facilities. Breakfast was very good The only real issue was the distance from the nearest metro stop but this wasn't really a problem.

The staff was wonderful and our room was very comfortable. It was very quiet, with no street noise. The heat and A/C worked well. The bathtub and shower were wonderful after a long day of sightseeing. It was great to have a refrigerator in the room. The breakfast choices were numerous and the staff was very accomodating. There were three things we thought of that would have been good to have in the room---a box of Kleenex tissues, a corkscrew and a radio.

The hotel was very clean and the room was wonderful. It was spacious, very nicely decorated and very quiet. It was about a 15 min walk from the station and within walking distance (15/20 min) of most of the tourist attractions. several restaurants located near by.

an excellent hotel staff are very friendly and helpful our room on the top floor was very nice i think we must have got up graded to a suite the location of the hotel was perfect there are some very nice restaurants close by and we walk to all the main areas of interest in Rome

Location, although its a 10 minute walk to the Metro, to us walking in Rome is a big part of the enjoyment of this great city. They also have parking and they are outside the parking restricted zone, which is a real bonus.

well presented very clean hotel. very friendly and polite staff always offering help and advise about there beautiful city nothing seemed to be a problem. well spoken english. a delightful hotel i would recommend without hessitation and would stay there again. maybe if anything if i was picky a little far from main site seeing.

Very helpful staff a front desk helped us with walking directions many times. I try to speak some Italian,but was so thankful they all spoke English so beautifully!! The continental breakfast each day was a delight of choices ! The staff at breakfast made things even more delightful with their service! The hotel is just enough out of the heavy tourist areas to be delightfully quiet at night. Room was spacious with good natural light and a great bath.

They treated us as good as anyone could possibly expect. The staff was extremely helpful, with directions in the city; and also with helping us to book tours, even overnight tours. The hotel is a good value. We would go back and stay there again.

I have stayed at the Londra previously and knew what to expect. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I love the location because it is very quiet. It is not "in the center" of things and there is a little walking involved. The rooms are comfortable and roomy. The breakfast is very good with very attentive waiters. the bed was a little firm for my tastes.

Nothing to critisize about this hotel ! I enjoyed the stay, the breakfast, the helpful staff, and I would very much like to come again. But, as we had a discounted price for the out of the season period, I really doubt we could get soon such a nice price:(
