The hotel was centrally located within walking distance to many sites. The breakfast buffett was just right and the staff was always helpful. It would have been a plus to have an outdoor sitting area---such as a roofdeck or terrace. Othewise---very pleased with everything. |

Hotel staff were very nice and able to speak good english. Breakfast was very good. Rooms very clean and comfortable. It would have been nice if we had of been able to make a cup of tea/coffee in our room. But no kettle or cups were provided. Hotel had their own taxi who took us to the airport. Taxi driver was very unfriendly, did not speak during the 45min journey. |

The staff were very friendly, courteous, professional and informal when appropriate. The foood and services manager Amelelio was the best host and the most professional in all the hotels we stayed at in Italy and a great communicator. My wife and I would get back to the Hotel for drinks and enjoy his cheerful company and service most evenings. We were lucky to extended our stay at the hotel by 7 days because of the staff and the hotel.Alan & Karen |

A first class hotel with excellent staff. It's a shame the hotel did not use its outside space better. It would have been nice to come back in the evening and have somewhere to sit and chill in view of the fact that the rooms do not have a balcony. However, that said I would still recommend it as a base to visit the city. |

The hotel is very nice and confortable. It is good value for money. Breakfast is very good and the staff work hard to please you. I would say there again. Both Termini and Republica stations are about 20min walk away. Not nice if you are lugging suitcases and it's 35Celcius outside |

Very helpful staff with info about eating in the neighborhood, they also helped by feeding coins for parking during the day. Btw, hotel provides parking for 18€ but you can also find street parking for 8€ per day. Another plus is the free internet. Breakfast choice very limited and not very good quality. Also a bit of humidity smell in the bathroom. |

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the air conditioning efficient especially needed as our stay was during August. Breakfast was more than adequate and staff were happy to refill coffee if you asked. The hotel chauffeur service to airport was reliable and took you past several of the sights which made the cost well worthwhile (very little more than a taxi or train) and the driver was informative. The hotel is situated in a business area with lovely buildings surrounding but the downside is that during the August holiday period everything closes down with the exception of one or two eating places. It is also quite a trail to the bus stops and even further to the metro so perhaps not the best choice to use during the heat of the summer unless you are willing to use taxis most of the time. |

staff were nice and helpful, but the location is a bit far away, like 10 minutes walk form the republique station. Nevertheless, there are some nice restaurants and bar. Afterall, this hotel offers good value of money |

Staff were very helpful and friendly. We actually booked 1 x triple room for our 3 teenagers & 1 x Double Room. Both rooms were spaceous as were bathrooms. It was a little way out of the centre of Rome but such a beautiful walk we didn't mind. A very quiet area. Breakfast was continental but again plenty of choice and very fresh. |

We were here for honeymoon and had a really nice time. Nice pool, although a little on the cool side. Super friendly staff. Food at reasonable prices, and wine, especially after being in venice and rome! Excellent views, ask for room 31, super bathroom with jacuzzi etc. I would most certainly recommend this hotel to everyone! Standard of food varied a bit. Lunches not that great, and although I was happy with my dinners, especially the half kilo steak, my wife was not so impressed with some things she ate. Although, she is very picky! |

Friendly hotel staff, very clean, large sized rooms with good airconditioning. Good selection of cereals, breads, meat & cheese at breakfast. Nice quiet location and about a 10 minute walk from Termini station. About a 10 minute bus ride to some of the major tourist sights & the hotel staff were very helpful with bus numbers to get and provide maps of nice restaurants to eat. |
