Bathroom, location & someother hotel staffs but not all. Towels are like table cloths and changes only every other day, one grumpy old man who doesn't have a welcoming smile and pretends he doesn't speak english, telling that my master card doesn't have enough fund of which I used a few hours before in Rome then was able to use again after 3 nights in Venice, this man only thinks of money not taking in consideration that hotel business is synonimous to public relation. |

I was able to confirm my reservation before arriving which was great through e-mail and by calling them. The staff was very nice, spoke English (which made it easier for my sisters and I who know very little Italian), they were very helpful as well from calling a tour bus company and cabs for us. Also they made accommodations for us. For example, they normally close the hotel from 2am to 6am and my sisters and I wanted to stay out later a few of the nights and they allowed us to ring the doorbell to get in so staying out later was no problem. The room was very clean and room service was great in cleaning the rooms and replacing towels and what not. The price was great and it was in a great location right near the Duomo and train stations! |

The Staff at Hotel Lorena was very kind and helpful. By holding our bags on our checkout day, they enabled us to do more sightseeing before catching our train. The hotel was basic, but very clean, and the beds were firm enought to be comfortable. And the location made seeing the historic center very easy in a couple days. |

The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable. I stayed in a corner room so had great views. The continental breakfast was good and filling. Wish the lift started at the ground floor, but that turned out to be a minor inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again! |

The location of the hotel was great. Right in the heart of the city. The outdoor market was right outside our doors. Plenty of cafes. Train station/bus station was within a 5 min walk from the hotel. No, I would definitely stay there again. Do need to know that the hotel is on the second floor, so initially all your luggage will need to be carried up. The staff was very helpful however, so this isn't necessarily a problem. |

Very friendly and helping staff. Perfect location, 5 minutes from the Florence historic locations, very close to Stancione Centrale, you can walk fom there to the hotel. It's a budget one, but what else you need when you are to see the city, not the walls. I'd recommend it to anyone who came to explore, not to relax. |

The size of the room and bath room was large and comfortable. The double bed was comfortable. Location was excellent for central Florence. Friendly and helpful staff. The air conditioner was not functioning meaning we did not shut the windows to the room at night as it needed air. So noise from street and mozzies were a bit more noticeable than would have been if we could have shut the windows at night. Not a big deal overall. |

Great spot, awesome staff. so close to everything. beats the hell out of any hostel, but it's about the same price as one... so why not stay here instead! They worked around a change in plans for me with no problems. i disliked having to leave and ask for the key several times during the day, but no biggie. |

It did all the basic things well. It overlooked a market square but had two sets of double glazing for quietness and air conditioning. The bathroom was excellent, the beds comfortable, everything very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. There were a few mosquitoes, so do take a spray. |

Location, facilities, free internet connection, staff friendliness. The breakfast should be included, the elevator didn't go to all floors, the towels are similar to napkins (but that's common in Italy...). |

Location is wonderful. Impossible be better. We´re in a big room for three people. And the staff are great. Don´t loose the restaurant "Mama Toscana", turning right at the corner. Best food and service of Florence. |
