Good location and quite inexpensive.

Good place. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location- I could see the Duomo roof a block away from my window!

The street out front can be a little noisy, but that's common in most inner-city European hotels.

Value for money. Clean, safe small hotel in the very heart of touristic Firenze. Helpful, english-speaking stuff on reception. They helped us a lot with a discountd car parking on Mercato Centrale. The location can be noisy in the evenings, but you can just close window shutters...

Beds were not very good

location close to the railway station and to most tourist attractions.

It's a great location, the Medici Chapel towers over the little square just yards away around the corner, San Lorenzo is just behind it and the Duomo and the food market are very close. We were made to feel really welcome by the staff and the hotel was clean, comfortable and it felt like a part of Florence not part of a multi-national hotel chain.

The room was large for a European hotel room. The private bath was large too. The location was outstanding. The staff was very helpful and held our bags after we checked out so we could do some more sightseeing. Breakfast was good as well.

Everything is perfect here. 5 minutes from the train station. 2 minutes to the Duomo Cathedral. Very professional staff. Clean room, clean all over the hotel. Baggages could be deposited until 6 p.m. after check out. We really enjoy staying here. Strongly recommend it.

It is very cosy hotel with excellent staffs willing to help you in everything you need and they offer you instructions you need in the city.

The hotel was very well located between the train station and the Duomo, only about 5 minutes walk from the station. The staff were very welcoming and helpful (and spoke excellent English, which was a bonus for us). We had a double and a triple room located adjacent to each other for our family including three teenage kids, which worked really well for us. The rooms were excellent and clean. Free wifi. We had room only, breakfast would have been another 5 Euro per person. There are a lot of supermarkets close by.

The only very minor issue we had (and it is minor) was that the wifi login had to be re-entered often to maintain connection. Other than that we had no complaints with this excellent hotel.

Location: right next to the Medici Chapel. It was clean, convenient and plenty warm.

I would have liked the shower curtain to be wider so it actually touched the wall on both sides of the shower.

Great location. Ten minutes walk from the SMN station and there are lots of good restaurants nearby. Florence is quite small and all the attractions are within walking distance. Staff are very friendly and helpful! Our bathroom is spacious and clean.

Nothing to say on this during our stay here. Great value!

It was a little bit noisy but wasn't a problem for us

The location is good, only 5-8 minutes' walk to duomo, 5 minutes' walk to train station. The staff there are quite sweet, and could speak in English. Since it's our honeymoon, they offered us free breakfast, quite considerate.
