Very nice facility, clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful in getting tours and also when we were leaving to get us directions to the next hotel. It had free parking and a lovely patio in the back where we relaxed after a busy day sightseeing. |

Everything. Hotel staff were extremely impolite and unhelpful. No-one offered to help with our luggage. The 'parking' does not exist - it is basically the garden of the hotel, accessible through a very narrow and impractical gate. The first room we were shown was only accessible by a small elevator as it was located in the roof. Not only is this illegal, but the room was stiflingly hot and stuffy. |

They promissed a room of 18 m2 and Internet connection but the room of 18 m2 didn't have Internetconnection which is essential for us. Then they gave us a very small, dirty and bad room with a jaccusi that didn't work so we couldn't have a shower and it was not possible get rid of the water. Overall the worst experience of hotel in our 35 day journey in south europe. |

Clean and tidy Deluxe rooms are not in main hotel, no lift and two flights of stairs. Also one very small window high up, no view to outside world. |

the room and the bathroom were really nice and clean, the position of the hotel is comfortable to reach the city, breakfast good we phoned 50 times for room service but they didn't answer |

The entrance and lobby is very nicely decorated and has a museumlike grandeur. The breakfast was okay but not as good as it should be. The eggs tasted more like wheat and the breakfast room is in a basement without natural light. The wireless internet wasn't available in my room because the signal wasn't strong enough. |

Практически все. Замечательный персонал, чистота и комфорт, уютный номер. Хорошие завтраки, обслуживание в баре заслуживает особых похвал. Хорошее расположение - достаточно близко к историческому центру. Поскольку я еще раз собираюсь посетить Флоренцию, надеюсь остановиться в Вашем отеле. Небольшой выбор телепрограмм, особенно спортивных, низкое качество изображения. |

Net hotel met een goed ontbijt en goede service. Ligging perfect De herrie van de drukke weg achter het hotel. De kamertemperatuur was echt veel te hoog. We konden dit niet veranderen helaas. |

La tranquillità, la posizione e la possibilità di accesso a qualsiasi ora. Nulla di particolare ma se vi fosse anche la possibilità di cenare potrebbe essere piacevole. I bagni sono troppo piccoli pur disponendo di ogni confort. |
