staff were very helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable and was available even though we arrived in the morning. Station and airport very close with good transport links. Area around hotel was busy during day with cafes etc but not much open at night. If I went again I would stay in Frascati which was much more lively at night and only one station frther down the line. |

The duty receptionist/manager was extremely helpful in the circumstances - on the day we traveled I had lost the credit card with which the booking had been made. He dealt with the matter quite expeditiously. The lack of services. We did know in advance that there was no facility for a simple breakfast, or for self catering. A further problem, the controller for the air conditioning did not work and it was not just a battery problem. |

The hotel was cozy and relaxing and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is in a city that requires a train ride into Rome. Not too bad of a trip, but tedious and it adds an hour or so to the day. The only other thing was the smoke. Although the rooms were smoke free, the lobby smelled like smoke, which would drift into the room area. |

It's a nice hotel and nice town. Good access to the airport and Rome too - the shuttle bus between Ciampino and Anagnina stops within 100m of the hotel (in front of the train station), ask the taxi drivers who stand there for directions. |

We only stayed in the hotel for one night in order to be close to Ciampino Airport the next morning, but the hotel staff were excellent and the hotel was beautiful. Ciampino town is a bit quiet but the train station is very close and Train journey only 15 mins into center of Rome. It is a couple of stories up, and no elevator. We had a couple of heavy bags with us so it wasn't very useful. |

I stayed here because I had a very early flight from Ciampino airport the next morning. It's very close, only 5 minutes by taxi (although the taxi is quite expensive, I must say!). The room was perfectly adequate: small, but clean and comfortable, and same thing for the en suite bathroom. All in all, good value for money. The room got quite warm during the night, but what can you expect in the outskirts of Rome in June? |

We were in major trouble ,as somebody had stolen our wallet with our money, credit cards etc. The hotel manager Danilo was extremely helpful and helped us organised a lot of things before we could fly back home. Hotel is very close to the airport, so a good choice to fly back from Ciampino. |

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is accessible to public transport and walking distance to the bus stop. Not far away from the airport Ciampino and metro. Anyway we stayed in Hotel Louis II. The other staff do'nt speak English, it is hard to understand each other. |

It's geographically close to the airport, though not walkable, and by taxi it's 20 euro. Nice pub down the street for dinner. The staff are smokers and the reception area is terribly smoky. No food, so be prepared if you have an early flight. |

The rooms were clean, reasonably spacious and well presented. There was sky TV in the rooms. There are two hotel Louis. Initially the taxi drivers at the airport didn't know where to take us. I showed them the address on the booking and they took us there. When we arrived we were told by the hotel staff we were booked at the other hotel Louis. By this time the taxi had gone so we ended up walking about a mile in what appeared a rough part of town in the dark with our cases and children. |

Very easy access to Eateries and close to the Ciampino airport. Also, the neighbourhood is excellent and safe, right in the middle of a family neighbourhood. |

We stopped at this hotel because we were flying from Ciampino airport the next morning and so the location of the hotel only 5 minutes walk from the railway station was ideal. The room was clean and suited our needs. A bit of traffic noise and dog barking across the road kept us awake but not too bad |
