Good location. Good sized balcony. Adequate room and furniture.

Bed far too soft very uncomfortable because of this. Shower not that good. Kettle didn't work and breakfast was not refueled enough and was very unhealthy. Sugary cereals or small pieces of white bread that could have nutella, jam, honey or cheese triangles. Fruit juice but no fruit. All sugary refined food made me ill. Only allowed to use microwave that was very small. Water sometimes tasted disgusting but bottled water is very cheap.

The b&b is located 2 blocks from the metro station. There is a restaurant next door to the hotel and a grocery stores around the corner. The b&b is very far from the city center but the metro connects you to everything so it shouldn't be an issue. The only problem for us was that the metro stops running at 9 pm from Sunday to Thursday. If you want to stay out later you can take the city bus or a taxi back to the hotel. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were put out.

The walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on in the hotel (I.E. people using the toilet, walking on the floors, talking, sneezing, closing/opening doors, etc.). The shower is extremely small. I'm 5'1" and 120 lbs and it was challenging even for me to bend and move in there. The staff were not located in the b&B. Once you check in you're on your own. Beware: You should contact the hotel to let them know when you're going to arrive. Otherwise you may be waiting outside on the sidewalk until someone shows up because you can't get into the building without being buzzed in. I arranged a time to arrive and no one was there when we arrived. She came 10 minutes later. Also, there was no one to give the key to when we checked out. We left them on the desk. I wouldn't stay at this b&b again because of the location and the noise. If you're going to be in Rome for a few days, splurge on the room and choose a location closer to the main attractions.

The best was possibility for 24 hours to use kitchen, cleanliness of rooms and no disturbing from administration.

Breakfast - quit poor, but hungry we were not:)

close to Vatican - 15-20 mins by walk. clean, close to grocery, restaurants, metro, ...

Kedvező elhelyezkedés a metró-vonal közelében. Panzió-szerű berendezkedés, lakásból kialakitva. öSszesen hét nagyobb szoba. Reggeli önkiszolgáló (ha nem is svéd-asztal), szobába bevihető. Tisztaság. Az erkély egy igen nagy udvari terasz. Igaz, felette vagy nyolc emelet magasodik, de ez akkor is előnyös. Presszó kávé, tea egész nap előállitható.

Vékonyak a falak, a hangosabb szállóvendégek zaja áthallatszik. A TV "csak" mozi előfizetős, tehát fizetős.

La habitación estaba limpia, las camas estaban bien, en general agradable. El desayuno, aunque sencillo, estaba bastante bien, pues uno se sirve lo que quiere de lo que hay en la cocina: zumo, café, leche, infusiones, pan, tartaletas, nocilla, cereales,... El hecho de que haya una pequeña cocina a disposición está muy bien. Las toallas nos las cambiaron casi todos los días, las sábanas un día de los 5. El wifi.

No me ha gustado el gel y champú que ponen, estaba aguado. Nuestra habitación daba a la carretera y era muy molesto el ruido de los coches por la noche.

Está bien ubicado a una cuadra del metro, auque de noche se dificulta para ir al centro.Lo recomendaria en relacion a precio y calidad.Wi fi gratuito en la habitación.

Insoportable las toallas tipo repasadores de cocina que no SECAN...ojala el dueño las probara en su cuerpo e intentara secarse con ellas especialmente en invierno.
