It was great hospitality and service. Good place to stay for City tour. Only 2 metro stations from Vatican. A little bit noisy from neighbours side.

Kedvező elhelyezkedés a metró-vonal közelében. Panzió-szerű berendezkedés, lakásból kialakitva. öSszesen hét nagyobb szoba. Reggeli önkiszolgáló (ha nem is svéd-asztal), szobába bevihető. Tisztaság. Az erkély egy igen nagy udvari terasz. Igaz, felette vagy nyolc emelet magasodik, de ez akkor is előnyös. Presszó kávé, tea egész nap előállitható. Vékonyak a falak, a hangosabb szállóvendégek zaja áthallatszik. A TV "csak" mozi előfizetős, tehát fizetős.

La disponibilité du personnel pour répondre à nos besoins, leurs conseils de visite et leur réactivité à chaque demande. Les autres personnes qui ne respectent pas le silence. L'endroit étant petit et la cuisine étant partagée pour tous, certains ne respectaient pas les autres personnes qui pouvaient se reposer. Le balcon n'était pas vraiment un balcon mais une terrasse en rdc à l'abri d'une cour donc aucune visibilité sur la ville.

Las instalaciones son realmente cómodas, excelente la posibilidad de utilizar la cocina, el desayuno es realmente bueno en comparación con otros hoteles que visitamos. Fue la mejor opción, no pagamos caprichos y obtuvimos una estancia excelente en Roma!

La habitación estaba limpia, las camas estaban bien, en general agradable. El desayuno, aunque sencillo, estaba bastante bien, pues uno se sirve lo que quiere de lo que hay en la cocina: zumo, café, leche, infusiones, pan, tartaletas, nocilla, cereales,... El hecho de que haya una pequeña cocina a disposición está muy bien. Las toallas nos las cambiaron casi todos los días, las sábanas un día de los 5. El wifi. No me ha gustado el gel y champú que ponen, estaba aguado. Nuestra habitación daba a la carretera y era muy molesto el ruido de los coches por la noche.

Está bien ubicado a una cuadra del metro, auque de noche se dificulta para ir al centro.Lo recomendaria en relacion a precio y calidad.Wi fi gratuito en la habitación. Insoportable las toallas tipo repasadores de cocina que no SECAN...ojala el dueño las probara en su cuerpo e intentara secarse con ellas especialmente en invierno.

Sehr kleines, sauberes, ruhiges und gemütliches B&B mit netter, Gemeinschafts-Küche. Durch die Nähe einer Metro-Station ist man schnell im Zentrum Roms. Das Waschbecken hatte einen großen Sprung und das Frühstück hält sich etwas in Grenzen.

La posizione veramente vicina alla fermata della metro, ristoranti e pizzerie nelle vicinanze. L'insonorizzazione delle camere è assolutamente insufficiente, si sente veramente tutto! Al mattino ci svegliamo con il primo che mette la sveglia! Non tutte le camere sono dotate di bidet, il surrogato che viene proposto non lo abbiamo assolutamente trovato fruibile, fare la doccia ogni volta che si va in bagno non è molto comodo! Consiglio di chiedere al momento della prenotazione. La colazione in realtà è un uso cucina con fornitura di prodotti scarsi e confezionati, secondo me andrebbe specificato nella presentazione dell'B&B.

The woman at reception was really friendly and helpful. It was close to a supermarket and a metro stop so city centre was easily accessible. There was a kitchen but there was no cooking equipment so we could not cook dinner. The room for 4 is a bit small.

Aparte de la muchacha que nos atendio y lo hizo lo mejor posible...no me ha gustado Muy caro para lo servicios q te presta 800 Euros 4 noches...tiene 7 habitaciones y cuando llegamos esta solo una ocupada y cuando comopartimnos la cocina era incomodo..no me imagino con las siete habitacionesocupadas...esta muy descuidado..el ba;o peque;O...comiamos en le balcon las mesas estan sucias ..le faltaba pintura al lugar...

La posizione veramente a due passi dalla fermata della metro Ubaldo degli Ubaldi permette di recarsi nel centro di roma con estrema facilità dimendicandosi della propria auto. Nelle vicinanze ristorante e pizzeria con buoni rapporti qualità prezzo. L'insonorizzazione delle camere è assolutamente insufficiente, si sente veramente tutto!
