It was very close to an entrace to the city center (the walled part of Lucca). The room was very large. The breakfast was pretty good and the breakfast room was spacious. The person at the desk recommended a restaurant and it was quite good. We booked two rooms and the beds were a bit hard and the tile floor was very cold...could have used a rug or two. The one chair in the room I stayed in was broken and the heat in the second room did not work at all so it was very cold and the hairdryer was broken as well. |

Location was excellent. About 10 mins walk to train station and same to restaurants etc, inside Lucca's city walls. Staff were very helpful. Upon on our arrival Simona offered a free map of Lucca which proved very useful! Also I arrived without an iron which was provided by staff. Bedroom was bright and comfortable with contemporary decor. Generous breakfast which consisted of cereal, fresh fruit, cheese, meats, eggs, yogurt and pastries. A selection of teas and coffees were also on offer. We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived and would be pleased to recommend this villa. Upon leaving we were allowed us to leave our baggage in the villa until later so we could enjoy our last day in Lucca until flying from Pisa at 21:30. A change of towels would've been expected for our length of stay i.e. 4 days. |

The B&B is standard and not far from Lucca centre. We had the impression what we found did not correspond to what we expected from the webpage. The location and the breakfast rather lower standard but fair. |

The hotel was a mature villa and the room was very spacious and airy and the bed was very comfortable. Although the villa was situated in a quiet street, considerable traffic noise could be heard up until midnight and early in the morning, from the corner of the street which was the busy circular road round the city. |

Lucca is a great city and the staff helped us to find a good dinner nearby and allowed us to use the facilities after we checked out but before we left the city. The mattress was lumpy and could be replaced |

Above all the location, just five minutes from Porta Elisa where you enter old Lucca. Safe parking for the car. Large airy room with aircon. Good bathroom, warm welcome, kind service and an excellent breakfast.Highly recommend. |

The location and distance from the station, the size of the room, the friendliness of the staff The wet and dirty towels were not replaced after the first night and the shower gel which was all used after the first night was not replaced |

There where no facilities to have a drink of any kind in the hotel,other than at Breakfast time.A bar would have been great ,tea and coffee in the room would have been great but throughout the day and night the Hotel was unnatended by any members of staff |

The hotel is very well situated, very closer to the down town. The internet et computer is free to use. 1, Almost no receiption (The girl gave us the room key without asking for our identity cards) 2.
