Our hostess was very accommodating and even lent us bicycles to ride into the town. Breakfast was delicious and it was also nice to have tea-making facilities in our room. A little bit noisy from the traffic on the street. |

It was a great location outside of the historic center. Just a 10 minute walk. The rooms were very spacious and clean. There was a good selection for breakfast. We borrowed the bikes from the villa (at no charge) and had a blast riding on the ramparts and through the historic center. The owner was very helpful and gave great recommendations. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was particularly grateful for the advance email with directions. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a varied selection. |

Excellent value and convenient walk to city centre with parking at hotel. You will need your gps to find the hotel at the start ! Good breakfast but very cramped breakfast room |

As very hot a fan in our room which was much appreciated. Being able to park the car easily There was nothing we did not like except breakfast could be an earlier time say from 7.30/8am Hotel was difficult to find even though instructions sent. It was a longer walk into Lucca than we had anticipated |

The room was very pleasant and the bathroom was very clean and had a good shower cubicle. The breakfast was very good - more than a continental breakfast and was a good way to start the day. The hotel was very near to the old city of Lucca. |

The friendly hostess was informative and made us feel at home in the beautiful villa. The room was perfect and very clean and the environment was relaxing. Free parking was great. Lucca is a wonderful town to visit. I will definately stay there next time visiting the beaches in Italy (it's so close) and will return to Lucca. |

Very basic room in a villa. Good location only about 200m from the old city wall. Set in suburban neighbourhood and quiet. With free off street parking. Breakfast was disappointing in a room typical of a budget hostel. Room and bathroom facilities were fine. We were only stopping briefly in Lucca and it was okay for our requirements. |

good location, just 5-minute-walk to the historical centre, nice breakfast with fresh fruits, pastries etc. good takeaway pizzeria just across the street, free private parking in the backyard room was a bit scruffy and cold during night time. however, extra blankets were available. the locks on the doors were not user friendly. |
