Proximity to the Marina, excellent views, friendly staff, excellent maid service
Menu in restaurant limited
Location a short walk from the city center, nice hotel with terrace and view, excellent staff, private parking, rich breakfast
Nothing is too much for any staff, always eager to help but not too much to annoy you. Lovely location. Excellent food, breakfast & dinner. Hired a car, so they helped us with places to visit & guided the road plans. If we have time on our side, would have visit again to the same hotel.
Nothing that we did not like.
Pool area was lovely. Great location.
Found staff members ignorant and rude. Very noisy at night time, got hardly any sleep. Worst hotel of whole holiday.
thank you to Fabio for all your help, advices and smiling face Good breakfast Nice view of terrace
simply amazing hotel and place
Great location, stunning view from our room and terrace, extremely helpful staff, easy access to local hot spots and free parking at hotel. Looking forward to visit Luci di La Muntagna next year.
Views from hotel stunning and I highly recommend eating dinner at hotel for fabulous views and atmosphere, provided the wind has died down from the day time. Much better views from this restaurant than any others I saw in town. Bathrooms well appointed with good toiletries, yet no tissues! Hotel well positioned near town but far enough away from pretentiousness. All in all, I'd recommend staying here given the lack of choices so close to town and the lovely views from the restaurant. It's a good hotel but not great, so be prepared to pay for the nose for an average hotel.
Poor WiFi in public areas and non-existent in rooms, which is very disappointing for a hotel of this class. For the money you pay and the fact that a number of the rooms have been recently renovated, it would seem logical to have WiFi. Hotel rooms not very well sound proofed, despite recent renovation to some rooms (including the one we stayed in). You can even near neighbours opening and closing their curtains and people walking in rooms above. This should be rectified by hotel in near future. Bar appeared well stocked but in short supply of staff, so it was hard to get a drink. Breakfast had a decent range, though the idea of cold pancakes having to be heated up by the patrons in an old microwave wasn’t overly appealing. The orange juice was simply undrinkable, as it was effectively orange sugary water. The eggs and bacon looked a few days old.
The lady at reception was very helpful. The pool area is very nice. The design of the hotel and the terrace are beautiful. So is the view.
Nothing was bad, but nothing was great either. We got one of those not so great rooms without a view and with a bit of noise because it's very close to the street. It was also one of the cheapest (of the hotel, though not cheap at all in general, however, considering the area, still OK). Breakfast is not amazing, it's OK, but I would expect fresher, more local, seasonal products.
The mountain view room was the most depressing hotel room I have EVER stayed in !!!!!!
One member of staff stood out and that was Fabio. He never gave up trying to find us what we wanted and succeeded in the end. Hotel was adequate but not startlingly good. Room was comfortable and we were upgraded to a suite which was lovely. Not 4 star though.
We were there on a Saturday night and the music from across the bay was deafening until early hours. Not the hotels fault but still very disruptive to a good nights sleep.
Great staff, excellent views. Great breakfast
the overall ambiance of the hotel was excellent
overall service at breakfast could be better
Amazing service, great front desk staff, very reasonable price. Chef made lovely lunches, huge breakfast, lovely pool.
Beds were uncomfortable, wifi only works in lobby and room 404
Fantastic location, bar staff, resteraunt staff and pool staff were amazing and very friendly. The food in resteraunt was very very nice and extremely reasonably priced.
Our room was situated directly under the resteraunt, was impossible to sleep after 7am as the chairs scraping and foot steps woke you up and kept you awake.. This would go on until at least 11.30pm. would benefit from an indoor shower/refreshment room as if you are travelling home late evening the shower pool or downstairs toilets are not very nice to get changed/showered for the airport.
Location, mini suite, views, roof bar, great art.
Breakfast and breakfast service. This area was short of staff, food not replaced when empty on buffet and long waits for coffee. No orange juice. Getting this right would make a big difference!
Great location Very nice staff View on the port is stunning Nice swimming pool and bars
Location Scenery local food in the area Climate
Beds were a bit hard Expensive to eat out
Artistic decor in the hotel. Breakfast was good.
Band played loud by the pool until 1am on our 1st night, private party on our 2nd night with a wailing singer until late.
View and Location
No wifi in room and receptionist had a problem with providing more than one log in passwords.
Lovely hotel in a good location. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our toilet but they had it fixed quickly.
The disco music by the pool takes away from the atmosphere and you can't escape it as your balcony overlooks the pool.
1. Ok-ish breakfast 2. Cosy atmosphere, lots of books to read in the public areas. 3. Great view from the rooms overlooking the sea.
1. Poor Wi-Fi quality, and only available in public zones. 2. Lazy stuff, especially in the restaurant (those are also not very friendly). During the breakfast they don't really rush to bring in new drinks or food when the trays are emptied. You have to go after the waiters and ask them to bring in food. 3. Very tiny standard room, with old furniture.
The staff were really lovely & so helpful!
Can't fault the hotel
