Mancanza di servizi, colazione dalle ore 8 (!!), camera minuscola, mancanza di ristorante nelle vicinanze

Vicinanza all' aeroporto di Venezia, fermata d' autobus per Venezia e aeroporto di fronte all' albergo. Tranquillità.

everything clean and comfortable, really nice staff... I had a single room and it was everything I needed..

I liked the fact that the bus stop was just outside the parking lot. I also liked that the owners were so helpful whenever we had any questions.

Well, since we are a bit older, I did not like the stairs too much but everything else was great!

The staff was very courteous and friendly. They offered advice and helped plan our way around the city.

Location is close to Venice, bus stops across the road to hotel entrance. Bus takes 15 mins to center. Staff was friendly. Good hotel for overnight stay, nothing more.

Staff spoke no English at all! They were friendly enough so we manage to communicate. Few Mosquitos in the room were annoying. Room isolation was bad. Toilet sounds from next door were horrific!!

More like a guest house. Allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel while we spent a day in Venice. The bus stop is right outside the hotel. Friendly staff,

The "en suite wash room" was miniscule. Shower head positioned over the toilet seat! The hotel is fine for an overnight stop, but I would not stay there for any length of time.

Hotel has a large parking space which is locked through the night. In front of the hotel is a bus#5 & #15 stop which runs all day and nearly all night to and from venice, and #15 gets you to the centre of the Mestre and Panorama shoping. The owner is very friendly and he even waited for us one night when we came @ 1 am and welcomed us with open door. It is a family run hotel and even thou the rooms are nothing special it is enough for sleeping (fridge would be nice in the room). We really enjoyed sitting at their patio in the night drinking some vino.

Everything was perfectly fine. Nice & clean rooms with very easy access to Venice city through bus. Bus piks you and drops u exactly in front of the hotel easy 15 mins bus service from airport and to Venice town. Really enjoyed my stay. Value for money. Nice Owner and must say very helpful as well.

La amabilidad de su personal sobre todo. El lugar muy tranquilo y muy comodo acceso para la ciudad en bus y al aeropuerto en bus local tambien.

Podria haber tenido mayor variedad el desayuno, si bien nos dieron lo que quisimos repetir en bebidas.

Très bien situé et facilement accessible en bus grâce a la ligne 5 qui va jusqu'au centre et jusqu'à l'aéroport. L'arrêt de bus est juste à côté de l'hôtel.

Gondollara uzak. otel işletmecisi çok soğuk, umursamaz ve duyarsız. Sabah kahvaltısı hiç bir şey yok denecek kadar azdı. Kahvaltılar sadece küçük paketler halinde bir reçel, bir şekerlenmiş bal ve bir sürümlük yağdan ibaret meşhur İtalyan kahvaltısını gururla sundular.Sadece bir bardak çay içebiliyorsunuz ve ikinciyi ancak ücretle alabiliyorsunuz. Ekmekler taş gibi. Bir bardak musluk suyunu nazla alabiliyorsunuz, ikinci bardağı istediğinizde homurdanarak bardağın içine elini sokarak veriyorlar. Mümkünse bu otelle ilişiğinizi kesin.

Bushaltestelle nach Venedig ist nahe. Fahrkarten für Linienbus sind günstig (1,30 Euro) und im Hotel erhältlich. Unser Zimmer hatte Balkon. Ruhige Lage, auch wenn man ein Zimmer zur Strasse (kein Verkehr) hat. Hotelbetreiber sind sehr nett. Es handelt sich wohl um eine Familie, wo auch die Oma mitarbeitet. Es gibt einen Safe im Zimmer. Das Auto kann man kostenfrei auf dem Hotelparkplatz abstellen.

Das Frühstück ist eher begrenzt: Brötchen mit Butter und Marmelade, dazu Kaffe oder heisse Schokolade nach Wahl (bestimmt gibt es auch Tee). Bei uns gab es keinen Duschvorhang (auch keine Halterung dafür) zwischen Dusche und restlichem Bad.

E célebre relación calidad preció y aunque no hablaban mucho inglés logramos comunicarnos muy bien, son personas muy amables con muchas ganas de ayudarte

Расположение, большая бесплатная парковка, вменяемая цена. В принципе, своим честным 2 звездам он соответствует. Да, еще - очень приятный хозяин

Номер более чем скромный, старое белье и полотенца, нет нормальной душевой кабины

Surprise au petit déjeuner, si vous avez réservé par Booking vous n'aurez droit qu'a un dé a coudre de café et une pauvre brioche de 45gr en sachet, pas plus, et la charmante hotesse vous précisera que si vous avez payé moins cher vous aurez du pas cher ? donc adeptes du ptit dej, c'est raté

Grand stationnement et service de transport en commun parfait

Les déjeuners étaient insuffisant, café, pain sec et confiture! Senteur d'égout dans les chambres Coq qui réveille à 5 h du matin.

Nagyon közel van Velencéhez szép a kilátás kellemes a szálloda

A reggelihez nem kaptunk teát.

Семеиныи отель, персонал добродушныи. Остановка траспорта напротив отеля. За 15 минут можно добраться до Венеции на автобусе N 5. Автобусы ходят часто, максимум 10-15 минут приходится ждать. Кушать можно наити где.

Постельное белье и полотенца были изношенные, не понравилось. Стоит почаще обновлять. Только стирка уже не помогает, они уже пожелтели.
