Good location, easy to walk to some of the main tourist areas.Pleasant staff. Nice, large bathroom. Room itself was rather small and dark.Catering facilities (for breakfast)were probably not adequate for number of guests, though there were plenty of staff on hand to clear away etc. |

Location is perfect for those who like shopping and would like to experince "dolce vita" :))) It's possible to find cheaper hotel with the same service level but different location. Piazza di Spania means quite expensive holets with service which is just normal, no more. my reccomendation is Termini area - it's cheaper and less touristic. Thogh, the hotel itself was ok. The only problem - it's quite far from main sighseening places (except for Piazza di Spania ) |

Helpful accommodating staff, clean comfortable rooms, decent breakfast, near Spanish Steps and other monuments. Ciao Roma tour bus closest bus line. Barborini metro station within a 10-15 min. walk. A nice restful hotel. Was not informed you can order cappuccinos, hot chocolates in the breakfast area anytime and also fresh fruit available during your stay. We reserved a family room with fruit basket, but never saw the fruit basket... They did accommodate us with an extra cot for our son. |

Good and relatively quiet location close to Spagna, Barberini and Villa Borghese. Excellent and very helpful staff. Breakfast not a plentiful buffet but a very good continental one. Internal soundproofing between the rooms and to the corridor poor; discussions and laughter good be easily heard. Rooms were quite small but clean. |

The location was great - in a very nice section of Rome. Near bus/metro. The rooms were very nice and clean and a good size for European standards. Breakfast was good. The beds were a little uncomfortable. |

I most like the location of the hotel. Also the service staff was very polite and helpful. I did not like the bathroom, it was too small. When we get to the hotel they informed that the A/C will not be working until mid April, this was a surprise, but fortunately the temperature was ok and the area was quiet at night. |

The location was perfect and close to everything - 5 mins to metro stop, park around the corner, Spanish Steps 5 mins away. Very quiet location and no street noise (we had an inner courtyard room). Hotel staff was extremely nice and provided great recommendations for dinners in the neighbourhood. They even made breakfast bags when we checked out at 4:30! |

Staff was very helpful with reservations and accomodations. Room was a good size for a european hotel. Plenty of room for my family of four. Room was nicely decorated with a large bathroom. Quiet location. Breakfast was typical european breakfast--pastries, cereal, hams, cheeses, yogurt,,,etc. Great location. |

Su comodidad, su situación céntrica, su limpieza, la amabilidad de su personal y la tranquilidad del entorno. Su servicio de desayuno es bastante pobre. El acceso a Internet me parece muy caro. |
