nothing. it's really bad. 4 stars is not about this hotel. Rooms are dirty and old. Breakfast is untasty. If you want to have breakfast you should all times that you take a plate with a food or cup of coffee go through reception and try not to bump into people that stay with their luggage near reception. Just one man of a staff was polite.

Location is only value of this hotel. Not on the main routs but in walking distance from everything. Opposite Swiss embassy - pretty building with a park and observation point avaliable by Mondays (pre- reservation of access required). Just 5-10 minutes from the Spanish steps or park Borgese, 15-20 to Trevi. Oh, yeah, room was clean and staff helpful. Frankly it's more looks like 2+ or 3* super-overrated place (paid 223 EUR/night!). Room #205 with the street view were smth like 10 sq. Meters. Bigger rooms were with a view to nowhere. I was surprised but it was really noisy (soundsfrom other rooms and street). Breakfast... hm... it would be more fair simply to cancel this 2* little nothing. Of course no 4* facilities. I was confused with high rating of hotel made by multiple users reviews. Now I understand it were hardly real guests - more look like marketing trick with paid "influence agents". Be careful with hotel and enjoy the rest Rome. :)

The hotel's location is super, just above Piazza di Spagna and next to 2 subway stations. The room was clean but rather small, not more than the average rooms in the city. Breakfast could have had more variety, but quality was good. Staff's attitude satisfactory, excluding one case at the reception, Andrea, who is the heart of the hotel. Polite, helpful, funny, always there to fulfil all requests, even offered another bottle of wine when learnt that it was our honeymoon.

Very helpful receptionist, excellent location but out of the bustling traffic, easy to get to Spanish Steps, Station and Barberini underground. Small hall and small breakfast rooms

Central location for sites, shopping and restaurants. The staff were most friendly and knowledgable which certainly enhanced our stay. As a result of our experience we all agreed we would return fpor a further visit. The only thing that marred the experience was the en-suite bathroom which is a little on the small side but this was overshadowed by the positives.

Everything! The breakfast was wonderful, every morning! The staff was incredible - so helpful, friendly, and warm. They made staying in a hotel feel like home. We stayed in Roma for the first four nights of our trip to Italia and then moved to Sorrento. My friend and I honestly looking back at the photos, and just leaving said to each other, "We'll miss our home at Ludovisi" The location is perfect - Spagna is best in Roma - right off of Via Veneto....just perfecto - molto buono! Bellissima Nothing! -Everything was perfect ! I would recommend the Ludovisi Palace to everyone!

Very good value for money. Nice location, 100 meters to Via Veneto, few mins to Metro by walk. Although the room was small for 80 euros a night, it is one of the best choice in Rome. It says 18 sqm but the room was very narrow. It was hardly 12 sqm. I had to ask my room to be changed but that room was neither not roomy. The pictures does not represent the room well. The shuttle that the hotel arranged might be the worst vehicle in Rome. Find a taxi on your own. Cheaper and more comfortable.

The location is lively, yet not too touristy but close to Spain Square and Borghese Gallery. There are many unique and fun restaurants near this hotel, and easy walking to many interesting destinations. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were well designed and very clean!

Although I spesifically asked for a non smoking room, I was given a smoking room. The room reaked of cigarette smoke and there wasvery bad odor coming from the bathroom. When I explained the front desk about this problem, I was told that although I checked non-smoking room on booking.com's web site, they receives a message stating non-smoking preferred bit not required??? How is this my problem, why did I have to pay for a miscommunication between booking.com and the hotel is beyond me. I am very upset and not happy. I would never stay at this hotel again. On my last day, they tried to charge me for wi-fi although it was clearly stated that it is free on premises. If I didn't confront them, I would have been forced to pay for it. They try to push you to call a cab even though the hotel is conveniently located to major sites, metro is very close by and you can actually walk to spagna and barberini station within minutes. I've never been treated like this anywhere and I travel a lot.

Really helpful staff with good English skills. Great location and reasonably priced in room Wifi was really appreciated. Would definitely stay again. Airport transfer was convenient and er rapid! :-) The alcohol prices were pretty steep however the view from the roof top garden of the Savoy made it all worthwhile!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, attractive, comfortable and well located. Nice breakfast. We had a very nice sized bathroom. After our initial 4 night stay we returned after a cruise for another 2 nights and for our comfort they made sure we had the same room. The view from our room into the courtyard was not very attractive, but it didn't really matter all that much. The TV's are a bit small, but again, it didn't really matter because we didn't spend a lot of time in the room.

I've chosen the hotel, because of its low price and good location (next to Spanish steps). Very thin walls in rooms. You can hear easily your neighbours in their rooms. So they can hear you easily as well. Very poor breakfast for a 4 star hotel. Small breakfast room.

The Hotel staff was great! Very helpful. The hotel is small enough for them to "know" you. The included breakfast was better than most. Fairly quiet cental location. Walking distance to Spanish Steps/Trevi fountain Older building (it's Rome, duh), Older rooms, but clean and comfortable. We used their car service to and from the Hotel/Airport/Port and they were exactly as described and a pretty good price. There are some "piano bars" down the street, they can be a bit agressive about trying to get you in there as you walk by to and from the hotel. Still a good neighborhood. Beds could be a bit more comfortable but pretty standard. The bathrooms are awkward with tubs and half shower doors.

The place is situated very near to Piazza di Spagnna and therefore a very good location. Price was reasonable comared to other 4 star hotels in Rome. Receptionists and porter were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms size is adequate and kept very clean. Breakfast was very good as well. There were different items to choose from. I was very satisfied of my stay at Ludovisi Palace Hotel. The bathroom was a bit small and the toilet flush was not working properly.
