Nothing special It is a Bed without breakfast and not a hotel. In a very narrow street. In fact it is a house where nobidy lives and the rooms are just available to be used by guests. There is no reception or anyone in the house.

It was very simple but at the same time had all that was necessary, the room was well equipped to mantain it in order and not keep everything in the suitcase. Hosts were extremely nice and gave information you could not find in your guidebook. For us a perfect place as a base to visit Toskany.

Very small hotel, nice new style rooms, modern and clean bathroom, internet connection free, parking free. Helpfull staff. Kitchen for cooking. Good price of food in the centre unlike other Italian centers. A bit noisy, because nearby is airport :( But airport is in the centre of the Pisa :) I would welcome carpets in room and hall. The center of Pisa (10min by car away) is dirthy and smell, it is not much romantic :(

Very friendly and engaging owner, who really cares. It is a bed and breakfast and it is clear that he takes great pride in the upkeep of the place. We had a room for 3 for 70 euros and were there because we had an early flight at nearby Pisa airport. There were copious white towels, everything was spotless and comfortable and the air conditioning was welcome. Nearby is an excellent pizzeria. Outside is a terraced area where you can have a glass of wine - which is also kept up very neatly.

Simple. cheap. honest. This is basically a 3 (or 4)-bedroom apartment with clean and satisfactory rooms (with AC). Great place to stay for a couple of days where you can go around town (30 min walk to center) and prepare your own food. Since it is 10 min walk from the airport and 15 min walk from the train station this was perfect for us.

The breakfast whose very poor, to eat only bread, butter and marmolade. We expect something more than that. All we had to prepare by ourself.

Great small hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Owner of the hotel was so nice to pick us up from the airport at 0:30 A.M.!!!:) I recomend this hotel.

Very kind and friendly owners, price was fantastic, hospitality was great, location was great it was a very quiet area with no trouble at all, the room was completely clean and house was clean and kept clean, a great place to stay for a weekend in Pisa.

établissement proche de l'aéroport, côté pratique; pour ceux qui séjournent plus longtemps une cuisine spacieuse et fonctionnelle; environnement calme. un peu éloigné du centre ville historique et pas de commerce à proximité; pas toujours aisé de partager une salle de bains pour 2 chambres...

Llegamos muy tarde al aeropuerto y el dueño nos vino a buscar sin coste, muy amable por su parte. Se puede ir caminando al aeropuerto, unos 10-15 minutos No hay ningun servicio, solo la cama. El baño compartido habia sido tomado al asalto por otros huespedes y estaba sucio

Dividere il bagno in comune solo con un'altra coppia. Stanza piccola ma letto molto comodo. Bagno grande e dotato di tutti I servizi Il pagamento era già stato dedotto dal nostro conto prima dell'arrivo, mentre io mi ero preparata I soldi in contanti.
