There was nothing I didn't like, though some might find the location isolated as one is reliant on buses to get to a range of shops. If hiring a car (which we didn't) some might find the mountain roads intimidating, with many hairpin bends when driving to Amalfi. At about 3 Euros each per journey, the bus is a bargain, though.
The location of this family run B&B is fantastic if you like walking or sightseeing, as there are many walks that can be done without needing transport. Transport to and from Naples and Amalfi is cheap and easy using the SITA bus, the location of San Lazzaro (where the B&B is) being at a terminus. From Amalfi there are numerous bus connections to towns including Salerno along the coast, and there is a regular boat to Capri. This is a real family business, growing its own food and making its own wine, and the owners were unfailingly helpful and pleasant. There is a brilliant pizzeria in San Lazzaro, just a few minutes walk from the B&B, though the B&B owners will provide a very good traditional Italian meal.
