Great Hotel, very handy for touring but cant imagine staying there on a sunshine holiday unless it is high season. Great value in low season. Lovely breakfast, nice large rooms and bathroom with bath. Lovely views Need a car! Bar would be nice for a nightcap. When the bar and restaurant are closed the hotel lacks atmosphere |

The room was quite nice, and the shuttle bus to the closest beach was convenient. They promised a free shuttle service for us from the airport at night (so I informed them of our flight number and time), but the flight got delayed for 40 min. and the driver was already gone home. That was what the receptionist said when we phoned. Then, we had a trouble finding a taxi so late at night to reach the hotel. They never showed any sense of being sympathetic or apologetic to us. In total, we felt the service was fine, but cold. |

the views, the staff were very pleasant and tried to help where possible. no entertainment at all, poolside in need of repair, not suitable for the infirm, definatly need a car, room at a bad smell, toilet needed a good bleaching, not enough meat on the menu, difficult to get a drink or anything to eat at the bar as most of the time it was unmaned,it appeared as if the hotel was closing down for the season so we were supprised to know that it stayed open all year, uncomfortable wicker furniture, not able to go for an evening stroll as up a steep hill, then onto a dangerous unlit road, this hotel is fine if all you want to do on your holiday is sit a pool. no local supermarket, except up the unlit dangerous road about 1-2 miles. |

The pool is just amazing!! You should definitely stay at this hotel just to enjoy the pool! It is really worth it!! The rooms are just normal, not really good. But it is worth at least a short stay because of the pool!! |

The pool was lovely, infinity pool with a gorgeous view out to the sea and over the bay.Very peaceful and Quiet. Restaurant had a large selection for dinner. Really fresh barbequed fish. Could have better service, lacked attention to detail. Helpful staff when you asked but found you always had to ask for information. We had to work out most stuff for ourself - restaurants times, towels, shuttle bus to beach. No shuttle into town like it says on website, we had to get taxis which worked out very expensive for a relatively short journey. |

Amazing swimming pool with incredible sea view. Wide choice of breakfast products (however not English breakfast), nice restaurant. distance to the sea - busy road, impossible to walk there, relying on shuttle bus, no chance of seeing the sun set (last at 8), getting to the centre of Olbia - car is a must, taxi from 15-25 euro. |

The hotel has magnificent views of the surrounding area and an ideal swimming pool in a marvellous setting, the food was very good and the rooms were of a good size. The staff appear a little unfriendly at first probably because of the corporate feel to the hotel. You really do need a car as the drive of the hotel is very steep and exhausting to walk up in the hot sun. The courtesy bus does not service Olbia. |

The views from the pool area and over Olbia Bay are excellent. Breakfast and dinner very good. Ideal for chilling out, very quiet, most guests hire cars and go out for the day. Relaxing feel, great design elements. Cleanliness good. This hotel is four star in price only. Few staff understood or spoke English. Lack of information for guests - no information pack in rooms. Very few staff, most are friendly with the exception of the head waiter who is rude and unhelpful. No access to bar or terraces by guests due to wedding parties on Sat and Sun. Local bus service poor. Shuttle from beach stops at 19.30 so have to eat at hotel as the beach restaurant does not open until 19:30. They say in their publicity that there is a shuttle to Olbia town but there isn’t. You really need your own transport if staying at the hotel otherwise you are trapped as the hotel is so remote, you are unable to walk to beach (or the town) - too dangerous, although there was a very good shuttle service to beach during day. Disappointed with the bar on the roof terrace which was not staffed very well and you have to search for a bar person most times. Many items on lunch and dinner menu unavailable especially when weddings are on and guests can’t use the restaurant, they are served in an annexe instead. Taxi to and from Olbia expensive, 20euros to town and about 33euros return in the evening. |

The setting is absolutely stunning - perched on top of a hill, the poolside area (complete with infinity pool) has a panoramic view of the coast. The service was extrememly poor. Most staff were unfriendly and in some cases crossed the border line into rude. |

Breathtaking view from the swimming pool. The room is kept sparkling clean. Very helpful staff, they tried the best to make my holiday enjoyable. Nothing - out of town and a few miles from beach some people may think it is inconvenient, but it is Sardegna, you need a car to get around anyway. |

Decor, views, cleanliness, good breakfast and very comfortable and clean room. Jean Luca the shuttle bus driver extremely helpful. Location - a car is essential. Surly attitude of reception staff. Restaurant and bar closed for 3 out of 7 nights. - in fact never saw anyone behind the bar during our entire stay. |

Liked the bedroom, views, poolside and breakfast being remote, unable to walk to beach - too dangerous although there was a very good shuttle service to beach during day. Disappointed the bar on the roof terrace was not in use, had to request refreshments from reception, many items on dinner menu unavailable. Taxi to and from Olbia expensive, 20euros to town and about 33euros return in the evening. |

The view was amazing from the hotel. It was very nice overall. I did not like the fact that we got charged an extra 40 euros for my wife to stay with my daughter an I. I called and told them my wife would be joining us and they did tell me of the extra charge. It would have been nice if the pool was open. |

Jaspe Hotel Manor & Living offers fantastic views of La Maddalena Islands, a beauty & fitness centre, a swimming pool, and free shuttle to the beach. |
Admire the view across the historic centre of Olbia from the sun terrace at this charming, historic property, built for Count Mameli in the late 1700s. |
The Hotel De Plam is situated in the very centre of Olbia close to all town venues. Most of its rooms face the harbour offering a classic view on the gulf. |
