Set in Val Gardena near the ski lifts, 4-star Hotel Luna hotel offers a free underground garage, comfortable rooms, a large wellness centre, and an indoor pool. You will be near mountain trails at Hotel Luna Mondschein. The hotel can organise excursions with Catores mountain guides during summer, and sleigh tours during winter. Public buses stop directly in front of the Hotel Mondschein. A private shuttle service to and from the ski tracks is available from 08:30 to 17:30. Relax in the elegant, comfortable lounge area decorated in a classical style. The large garden and the terrace are equipped with sun loungers and garden furniture. Spacious rooms come with classical furnishings and offer a warm environment. Enjoy a welcome drink on arrival every Saturday and Sunday. The breakfast buffet includes a rich variety of foods and is included in the rate. The on-site restaurant is only open to hotel guests and serves regional and Mediterranean cuisine, local specialities and fine wines. Themed dinners are held once a week. Gluten-free menus are available on request. From 16:00 you can help yourself to the hotel's afternoon buffet, filled with freshly baked cakes and biscuits. Take advantage of the spa facilities.You will find an indoor pool with water jets and hydromassage features, a Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath and a Thermarium. Very good hotel, realy good breakfast and dinner. Staff professionale and also very good and friendly. Transfer from hotel to lift - very comfortable. Sauna - small and dont have cool pool.

Очень понравился номер - мы жили на 5-ом этаже в улучшенном номере. Прекрасный персонал, все вопросы решались очень оперативно. Удобный паркинг и лыжная комната. Небольшой , но хороший СПА центр. Очень удобно наличие дежурного автобуса.

Очень хороший сервис.Отличное решение вопроса с доставкой лыж в прокате,их привозили и увозили сама прокатная фирма.Доставка до подъемника две минуты и обратно также. В сауне некоторые народности отдыхали в голом виде при большом скоплении детей и подростков что не очень приятно видеть

Ontvangst, kamer , inrichting hotel resp kamer, personeel correct en verzorgend. Het eten was ronduit slecht en dan valt de prijs/prestatieverhouding ineens tegen. De spa/wellness vond ik matig ; het echte sauna stuk was weggepropt in een deel van de wellness ruimte

L'hotel è bello, le camere sono belle e confortevoli, la zona benessere è ben configurata, sauna e piscina mi hanno soddisfatto pienamente; il bagno turco l'hò trovato spento in due occasioni su due.... Eccellente il garage che consente un comodo e sicuro parcheggio, eccellente il servizio navetta, rapido ed efficientissimo; Ottima e variegata la colazione il che contrasta con il ristorante a cena (come specificherò nello spazio negativo). In conclusione, lo ritengo un ottimo hotel da B&B....... Una sola cosa negativa ma importantissima: la qualità della cena è stata assolutamente pessima!! Non discuto la professionalità dei cuochi che comunque hanno cercato di rendere presentabili pietanze impresentabili, discuto la scelta del menù e soprattutto la qualità della spesa, a livello di mensa aziendale... Tutto era criticabile, dagli antipasti ai dolci... Per chiudere, un accenno al personale di sala (restante personale ok...): il Maitre non si è presentato all'arrivo del nuovo cliente (ho capito chi fosse per deduzione..), lo stesso Maitre almeno una mattina si è presentato non rasato, dei 3 camerieri, uno straniero ed uno sardo ottimi, il terzo sempre con aria di sufficienza, tra l'altro è stato pescato dal sottoscritto in uscita dalla toilette del ristorante ancora non utilizzata da alcuno, in fragranza.... Il lavabo al mio ingresso risultava col tappo chiuso (come lasciano le donne delle pulizie...) e completamente asciutto (!!??); ritengo questa un'altra pecca del Maitre che evidentemente non persegue adeguata azione morale...

Tutto lo staff era molto gentile. Garage riscaldato. Non troppo vicino al centro di Ortisei. Da a 45 a 60 min. di tempo tra vari trasferimenti per potersi collegare al Sella Ronda. Locale sci un po' piccolo per un Hotel a 4 stelle.

La cortesia del personale. Belle anche le camere più piccole Buono il ristorante Niente in particolare. Le camere con finestra direttamente sulla strada potrebbero non piacere Il prezzo pieno ( noi abbiamo usufruito di una offerta) diventa effettivemente un po troppo alto
