Location was great. It was possible to reach major attractions very easily. Breakfast was fresh.
Wi Fi speed was low and connection was interrupted time to time
Located in the center. Rooms look nice (but some of them are too small and with claustrophobic bathroom)
no value for money. bad sleep-quality: loud during the night (because of the airing and of the switchboard in the wardrobe). you hear also everything from the corridor. the wi-fi was a disaster. in addition, our stay was unfortunately ruined by what happend in the room the first night: my boyfriend had a strong electric shock by only touching the round lighted mirror in the bathroom. on the advice of our doctor, since the shock entered the breast, we went to the hospital for a check. he had luck, was everything ok. I don't want to imagine if the same shock happend to a child or an old man. the hotel didn't take responsibility for it and even worst, they didn't even believe it happened, proving their arrogance and incompetence. they insinuated more than one time that, since they didn't get the shock too and since the security grounding system didn't spring, we probably invented all the story! PAY ATTENTION: the lighted round mirror is DANGEROUS, especially in small bathroom without window and after the shower, when the air is full of water vapor.
Location and staff, good beds and bathrooms
No bad experience
Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds and big bathrooms. Great showers. Room itself was small but it's europe. Great location - walking distance to everything. Breakfast buffet was good (eggs, bacon, yogurt, fruit, pastries, cold cuts). Driver arranged to the airport was easy and on time. Great service from staff.
Wifi was spotty at first but then worked great later in the evening
The staff were so friendly and helpful. Amazing location. Lovely room. It was a pleasure.
The location is great the staff was very nice
I thought the spa is free entry, and that was one of the reasons I prefered this hotel .when we arrived we discovered it was15€ Per person..
Staff is VERY GOOD. Breakfast is OK. Location is convenient. The most positive side, which we found was ever-smiling personnel, who were extremely happy to help. That plus location of the hotel are about everything what I found I paid $$$ for.
Value for money is not balanced. This is another lesson for me: some boutique hotels charge you to allow being their guest, not for the quality of accommodation. What we hoped for but did not get in our standard double room: - Room size and comfort: I have never seen or even could think that the room for over €400 per night could be a size of wardrobe. - There is no place to pass around the bed, if you need to walk past each other. - The bedside table is about 20x20 cm and only on one side, so even our phones could not comfortably fit for the night. - The "double" bed itself is more like larger version of teenager's bed. - Free WiFi in the room has low speed and poor stability. In he hall, however, the speed is OK. I would be happy to pay half of the price as such would match the same level hotels in other European capitals during the same season.
Excellent location.Good breakfast.
Our room (401) was on the top floor, somewhere nearby on the roof was an extractor fan,it was like trying to sleep in a helicopter! The room was one half of a suite and the sound insulation to the other half was awful. Most disappointing at 459 euro/night.
Great location. Very attentive staff. Good breakfast.
Bed a bit too hard for my liking. Sky TV boxes were located behind TV so impossible to use remote to change channels.
good location near Campo de Fiori. .Very good value for money
poor wi fi reception in room
Great location and staff were generally very friendly. This is our second stay here and will probably not stay again.
Room was like a shoe box and had to pay $20 Euro to use the pool and Sauna.
All very helpful
Helpful and friendly staff, excellent location, comfy bed, clean rooms, good spa. One of the best hotels I have seen so far.
A bit pricey
Staff are welcoming and very friendly. Location excellent.
this was a birthday treat for our mothers 80th birthday. The location of the hotel is fantastic-we walked to ALL the tourist sites from here. The hotel organised the airport transfers which ran smoothly. The Junior suite- looks, comfort and & smell was beautiful. All required facilities provided for, WIFI,Safe,tea/coffee facilities/slippers/bathrobes.We even considered not reviewing Lunetta to keep it all to ourselves but that's not fair. I travel the world with my work staying in corporate hotels. When you have the choice, book the Lunettas of this world. The staff were delightful and couldn't do enough to please. That's the difference these days, a personal touch. We will be back. I only hope there is room for us.
What's not to like? We didn't like not having time to use the spa facilities. Next time!
Everything! Location, staff,....
Location and very friendly staff
Fantastic stay the friendliest and most helpful staff. In a perfect central location. Beautiful roof top bar.
Wish the roof top bar did evening meals.
We had a lovely stay. The only concern was a mattress that was obviously rather well worn in places and had sunk a bit on one side of the bed.
Very quiet room at night.
Location is amazing. Absolutely central. Perfect for walking, shopping and close to all the major Rome sites.
Great location , good breakfast, friendly helpful staff
My single room was too small
the staff professionalism and attention to your needs when necessary.the hotel rooms exceptionally clean.very good and okay atmosphere.value for money ok,comfortability assured.
the hotel outside appearance will definitely put you off,but once you step inside you are in another excellent place .however the manager carlos and marcos will help reconcile the shock between outside andthe inside disconnect
Location Architecture SPA Taxi pick-up possibility from airport
Price too expensive in October Personnel (except the bellboy) not proactive Beautiful roof terrace but no service there Breakfast ok but if you arrived around 10 am there was not much to choose from
