Great Staff and wonderful room - a quiet getaway, great pool for kids

The resort is situated in the middle of vineyards in beautiful quiet mountain surroundings. The staff is very friendly and helpful with advice on outings such as the Cinque Terre. The studio was well equipped and clean.

Although in beautiful surroundings, the resort is really in the middle of nowhere and this may be a negative thing for some people. We only stayed for a couple of nights though and enjoyed the silence after a week at a busy coastal resort.

We had a perfect visit. 6 nigths become 8 nights. The place is well-managed. We have not planned all our excursion but the staff was very helpfull and we got some good tips for places to visit. Before we went there we have read about the narrow and bad gravel road up to the accommodation. It was not that diffucult as we first thougt, just need to take it slow and carefully.

The apartments were new and clean and the staff was extremely friendly and flexible. They allowed us to stay in the swimming pool area after check-out and to use the toilet facilities in the reception as our flight home was not until 7 pm.

The apartments are nicely appointed and have excellent views over the valley and the mountains in the background. The kitchen is well equipped.

The track that leads to the apartments is in serious need of refurbishment. We arrived by motorcycle and encountered serious difficulties since the track was broken and very difficult to pass in several places. The owners should consider this....

It is quiet and remote complex of apartments. Approx. 15Min of ride from Highway through the beauty landscape of Tuscany. Views from the apartments are really stunning and typically rural. Crew of the resort are very polite and helpfull.

The road leading to the resort is in bad condition and quite narrow. The location of hotel is not correctly representd by the booking.com map. Lunezia staff fortunately sent us the right directions.

Location is excellent because it's the best place to take a rest. The silence, nature, green mountains. On the evening you can hear the speech of the mother with children on the nearest village. The way to this beautiful place is like a quest... You have to follow about 6 hints on the road and keep the steering wheel strongly on the curved road. The booking.com have the wrong map location of this resort. Follow hints on the road or type the resort address into google maps for right route. Route from google maps and "hints path" is different but the end point is the same. Very good place for a rest.

Clean, well maintained, excellent landscape, rooms were good and modern.

Access road was not too good. Restrictions on check-in time.

İt is dirty. It is smeling like smoke and WC. It is very hard to reach.

Tranquillissimo nella natura

Monolocali puliti e recenti atrezzati con l'indispensabile, ci siamo stati solo 7 ore per una doccia e dormire, immerso nei boschi per amanti della natura. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Il responsabile molto gentile.

Strada x raggiungerlo stretta e poco visibile in mezzo al bosco di notte,specialmente con un auto abbastanza grossa, la mattina con il chiaro era gia meglio.

Ero già stato quindi conoscevo bene la struttura! Luogo isolato e tranquillo con piscina, per farsi qualche giorno di puro relax è perfetto!

La tortuosa stradina per arrivarci...

Malgré un accès difficile (route par endroit en mauvais état) mais bien indiqué, c'est un endroit agréable au calme, idéal pour une famille. L'accueil est très bon, les studios sont propres et assez grand. Idéal pour visiter les cinque terre et le nord de la Toscane (Pise, Lucques, Florence)

Prachtige lokatie, goed onderhouden. Geweldig uitzicht vanaf ons balkon en vanaf het mooie zwembad. Gemoedelijke sfeer. Vriendelijk personeel. Het weggetje ernaartoe moet je even aan wennen, maar is goed te doen. Gratis wasmachines. Je kunt veel kanten op, cinque terre, de kust, Carrara, en een prachtig berggebied.

Jammer dat wij met 4 personen zo'n klein balkon hadden.

De ligging is prachtig. Mooi uitzicht, heerlijke omgeving. Gezellige ontvangst, mooie kamer, prima zwembad. Gratis Wifi. Lekker genoten.

De weg er naar toe is smal. Vooral door blijven rijden en bordjes volgen. Het loont zich wel degelijk.

Posizione tranquilla. Silenziosissimo di sera e durante la notte.

Lo staff gentilissimo che ci ha aspettato fino alle 2 di notte e ci ha consigliato anche i posti migliori dove mangiare. Molto bella anche la piscina. Le stanze erano molto spaziose e ben pulite.

Un pò fuori da paese ma comunque raggiungibile in 5 minuti di macchina.
