The apartment was spacious and very well laid out. The staff was wonderful- especially the concierge- made great dinner recommendations! And the location could not be beat-

The staff were wonderful. We thought we lost our train tickets and they went through all the garbage o help us find them.

Didn't have a river view but also didn't stay long enough for that to make a huge difference.

We could not have asked for a more ideal location and beautiful place to stay in Florence. Our room was a perfect size for a family of 4 with a discerning taste level. We rented bicycles from the hotel and rode throughout the city and along the river. It was a magical afternoon and one we will never forget.

Excellent location with everything within easy walking distance. Beautiful view of Florence, the Arno, the Ponte Veccnio and the surrounding area.

location was great. right next to ponte vecchio. stuff very friendly, no problems wit printing the plane tickets. wifi range almost to the bridge. the 2 bathrooms were cool.

Just superb central location very large room you fell like at home !

The location and staff were wonderful!

At special price obtained through booking.com everything was exceptional, I kept asking myself, how can it be. Only when I learned it was almost a half of usual price, my mind settled - yes, this is a hotel of the range of 300-350 euros per a double (we got a family suite for 260), and it reflects its location, service, room comfort. Wish we could stay longer.

Beware of its parking service - it's very convenient to arrive by car and have it parked in the garage by valet service, but the charge is 35eur for a night. So, for a longer stay, parking your car on the outskirts of the city and using a taxi might have more reason.

Service and quality of the personnel strongly worsened in comparison with our stops in this hotel two years ago

We were very happy to stay at Lungarno Suites, especially when we got a upgrade to the family room with a view of the Arno River and Ponte Vecchio. The room was excellent and exactly matches our expectation per the website photos. The beautiful view of the river gave us a very relax holiday in Florence. The staff services were also great and friendly, the room service is good, the hotel location is fantastic and the view of the room is absolutely perfect for a good holiday stay. I think our stay would not have been so good without the beautiful view of the room. The kitchenette facilities are complete and our request for a hot water jar and kettle was provided promptly. The hotel also provided us umbrella for rainy days. Although the room is facing the main street, it was not noisy at all. My kids loved the room so much as it provided them ample space to jump and run about.

The sofa bed for the children are not good at all, as even the weight of a 5 year old boy will slump down the bed. This definitely need some change to match expectation that we have paid for a room for 4. Will be good if a washing machine could be added into the room.

The decor was lovely and the two complete bathrooms were not only beautifully appointed but also extremely convenient for our family of 4. The small kitchenette complete with small refrigerator, coffee machine and compimentary coffee / fine tea was also much appreciated.

We requested a room that would accomodate two adults and two children. We were given a lovely suite consisting of a separate bedroom with two single beds; our children slept on the single beds while my husband and I slept on the sofa bed in the living room. We've slept on sofa beds before but none as uncomfortable as this one. There was no support whatsoever and we kept sinking to center. It made for 5 very uncomfortable nights. Also, we were there in mid-March and the room was very hot. We asked that the heat be turned down but to no avail. We resorted to sleeping with the window open. Lastly, the Lungarno Suites are across the Arno river from the Lungarno Hotel. We did feel somewhat remote; although there was a concierge downstairs, it didn't quite feel like we were part of a hotel.

Não gostei somente pq não me colocaram apto com vista panorâmica. Na hora da reserva vc se confunde achando que todos tem vista

Très bel emplacement à 2 pas du Ponte Vecchio et des sites les plus célèbres de Florence. Très jolie vue sur l'Arno et le Ponte Vecchio. Suite spacieuse décorée avec goût et bien équipée convenant parfaitement à une famille avec 2 jeunes enfants. Petite kitchenette bien équipée et pratique pour "dépanner".

Salle de bains petite pour une suite avec wc dans la salle de bains.

Floransada merkezde kalıyorsanız her yer zaten merkezi bir konumda . Ön büro personeli ve SKY Bar barmeni Alex her yönden ileri boyutta bir misafir perverlik gösteriyor. bir tür Apart otel formunda olan Lungarno suits uzun konaklamalar için ideal ama Floransada 2 gün zaten fazlasıyla yeter bir zaman.

5日間の宿泊でしたが、後半は消耗品の補充や掃除に少し手抜きが見受けられました。

Zeer ruime kamer. Perfecte locatie. Keuken in kamer is perfect om zelf ontbijt te maken. Restaurants genoeg in de buurt om te gaan eten. Tip: Carrozzo. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Kamer perfect proper. Hadden het gevoel van een appartement met het comfort van hotel.

Hadden een kamer verwacht met uitzicht. Hadden kamer met uitzicht tegen gevel van gebouw.De luxe in de kamer maakte het wel goed. Tip: als je boekt kamer met uitzicht vragen.

отель принадлежит торговому дому Ferragamo, поэтому и отношение к мелочам здесь наивысшее! прекрасно расположен, супер центр, отличные номера с внутренней инфраструктурой (тв, cd-проигрываютель, мини-кухня с кофемашиной, косметические средства Ferragamo, достаточно большой по флорентийскими меркам номер. на рецепшене дают памятку туристам с указанием "вкусных" ресторанов флоренции, что очень полезно, хотя его можно скорректировать исходя из ценовой политики отеля. тапочки, халат, полотенце хорошего качества

нет завтраков и даже платный не предложили! странно конечно. согласен с тем, что вокруг полно кофеен и ресторанчиков. я утром выезжал и не совсем удобно идти куда-та, завтракать, а потом возвращаться в отель
