The hotel was not on our TomTom gps so we went to the 'old' Mercure address in Rimini, and were redirected to the seafront; the underground parking was awkward and cramped;

The staff were absolutely excellent and I stayed for 6 days and saw all of them. I asked whether the rugby world cup could be seen and the hotel did not have the channel BUT the Director/GM brought his own sky card in so that I could watch the games. They were good in every sense and I will return here often.

Decent international service standards. Great room allocated as we were on our honeymoon and received appropriate amenity and personalized welcome letter. No iron/iron board and would not be delivered on request. Instead one would be forced to use their laundry service but Euro 6.00 for pressing of a shirt I found a bit rich.

It is excellent hotel for holiday, first line from the sea with sea view. If someone ask about cleanliness and maximum mark is 10 we would give them 12! Breakfast is until 12 o'clock and very good in compare with price and we also have to emphasize very kind waiter even if you come in 11:59 o'clock!

Staff helpful and accommodating - use of beach and own pool was a plus Unfortunately room stank very strongly of cigarette smoke and even the maid commented on this - due to a previous occupant. As we had asked for non-smoking this was off-putting. Otherwise everything was fine.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile, camera spaziosa con grande terrazzo, sky. Aperitivo di fine anno offerto dall'hotel. Appena aperto il rubinetto della doccia l'acqua era marrone (tipo ruggine) forse a causa dell'inutilizzo per qualche tempo visto la stagione invernale. Garage scomodo.

Hôte bien situé, très bien insonorisé et très confortable à part quelques moustiques encore actifs, il est conseillé de prendre ses boules "Quies" pour dormir la fenêtre ouverte, le personnel est aimable, efficace et acceuillant, petit déjeuner bien achallandé, transport public à proximité, prix abordable grâce à Booking.com.

Nous avons tout aimé !!! Mon ami est rentré en France pour son travail, mais j'y suis encore pour quelques jours, et vraiment ravie !!!!! tout est quasi parfait dans cet établissement ... j'adore, et mon compagnon a adoré aussi : il était très déçu de devoir partir !!! Nous y reviendrons certainement dès que possible !!!!!

Die Lage des Hotels sowie die Sauberkeit des Zimmers hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Nicht gefallen hat mir das gross angekündigte amerikanische Frühstück. Die Auswahl war mehr als bescheiden. Zudem war das Personal im Frühstücksraum wenig aufmerksam: Oft fehlten Geschirr- oder Besteckteile auf dem Tisch, Speisen wurden nicht nachgefüllt (z.B. gab es oft kein Rührei mehr), beim Abräumen der Tische wurde auf die anwesenden Gäste keine Rücksicht genommen und laut mit Geschirr und Besteck geklappert.... Ein Manko ist auch der fehlende Sichtschutz beim Balkon zu den angrenzenden Zimmern (keine Privatsphäre).

Posizione centrale, vicino al mare insonorizzazione della camera ottima. Parcheggio a pagamento insufficiente rispetto alla capienza dell'albergo, macchina lasciata in doppia fila perchè tutti parcheggi occupati ma messo in conto comunque 15 euro al giorno. Prezzo troppo esoso rispetto alla grandezza della camera.

Отличное месторасположение, очень близко к пляжу. В отеле можно взять пляжные полотенца. Завтраки не отличаются разнообразием, но при этом не надоедливые и вкусные.По вечерам отель предлагает всем небольшие закуски. По вечерам мы брали велосипеды от отеля и исследовали окрестности по началу были трудности с кондиционером - в итоге, температуру меняли с рецепшена
