Location is good as not far from Termini. Staff at reception was welcoming
Have you ever seen a 4star Hotel where even the wash room locks are broken? very basic toiletries. Do NOT land in thinking of a 4*. Its just an ordinary place to sleep. Not worth $150+ at all.
The staff is exceptionally helpfull. They help us by Vatican ticket, informed us how to reach the hospital when our son was sick. The breakfast is ok. The room is cozy. It was really pleasant stay in Hotel Lux. Oh and there is a very good restaurant nearby and also supermarket is jut around the corner.
No Wifi. I knew it already from the time I make the booking so not really a problem.
Friendly reception staff. Clean and presentable. Nicely decorated.
Streets around hotel are a bit seedy, and there was noise from revellers from the street. Beds were small and hard.
Excellent location, just 3 blocks from Termini central train station. Very calm area. Nice restaurant just down the street.
Night receptionist did not speak English. Breakfast was okay, but not great. Hotel does not meet expectations of a 4-star hotel (state of furniture, room equipment), but is a solid value-for-money for travelers in the 2-to-3-star price league.
Nothing the breakfast was for 3' but no 4'
Money and no internet and bad staff
central near terimini station
does not look like 4 star hotel
Could not get a tv to work in the room. The manager tried three before we gave up.
Value for money. Hotel was far more luxurious than we had expected, Comfortable room with refrigerator. Good location, close to station and easy walking to City Centre, Friendly staff.
Only hiccup was height of hanging rails in wardrobe - being just over 5ft I couldn't reach the rail.
Value for money Good location
Location is ok but not safe by night
- The staff doesn't speak a fluent english -The hotel as a structure is not bad, but is absolutely not worth four stars
no wi-fi breakfast poor
- voice/noise from other rooms - window blinds with halls (sigarets) - twin bed small size
Hotel was paid to travel agency, but asked us to pay again. Althrough agency mailed and called to hotel many times to charge their card. Very unprofessional!
