The apartment is beautiful, bright, with antique furniture, close to central station, historic center, Arno River, Ponte Vecchio (you can see it from the apartment), biggest park in town and Opera Theatre. There are 2 big double rooms and one little single bedroom, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, with luxury nineteenth century buildings. You can walk to reach every interest place in Florence: Rail station 15 minutes, Ponte Vecchio 18 min, Duomo Square 18 min, Opera Theatre and Cascine Park 4 min. The apartment is furnished with antique furniture and carpets, it is very comfortable. Guests will have the whole house at their disposal, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom fully equipped. The apartment is close to train station, tramway station, taxis. It is 15 minutes from the highway wayout, there are many private and public parking nearby

I am 57, I am from Florence, I spent first years of my life here, in the town that I love most. I have lived, for study or work, in NYC, London, Paris, Milan, San Peterburg, Nicaragua. Now I am spending a lot of time in Central America for my actual job: Renewable Energy plants, particularly wind farms. I speak fluently Italian, English, French and Spanish. I can speak also Russian and Portuguese. I love travelling everywhere, for my work or just for fun, I have lived or visited more or less 80 countries all over the world, but nowhere I had the emotion of a sunset seen from Ponte Vecchio in Florence. I love also reading, cinema, eating out (!) and cooking, sports, expecially biking, running and swimming. I decide to rent my apartment in Florence and my family villa in the country mainly because I am travelling very often and I think that houses must be lived and not stay closed for long periods. These residences are very comfortable, ideal for people who want to make themselves at home. I have lots of nice places to suggest to my guests in Florence and the whole Tuscany.

Neighborhood is residential, luxury, quiet, near to everything. The apartment is also close to the Opera Theatre of Florence, (website hidden). The apartment is close to train station, tramway station, taxis. It is 15 minutes from the highway wayout, there are many public and private parking near to the house. The biggest park of Florence, Le Cascine, along to Arno river, ideal for walking and jogging, is at 100 metres.
