localisation helpful personel family atmosphere
poor breakfasts getting worse every day stone floor hard to find probably acceptable place if the price was a bit lower
Friendliness and kindness of the owners; decor; proximity to Via Veneto (and the Metro concourse); breakfast; price; dependable wifi.
Could use more powerful air conditioning, when street's too noisy to leave windows open. Or, as I said for my last stay there, windows wide open and earplugs are the way to go.
A wonderful couple runs Luxury Rooms, provides a great breakfast, best wifi of our whole trip with easy access, and places guests' comfort first. Great value in the Via Veneto area.
Wouldn't say "dislike" but the street is noisy; guests should bring earplugs and have an extra glass of wine at night. :)
-Good Location -Nice Breakfast served in the room -Helpful owners -Big room, cleaned bathroom (everyday) -The front rooms were bright (so if you prefer that ask for it :p)
We stayed 6 nights but towels and bedsheets were changed only the last day. Therefore, we are sure that if we had asked earlier they would have changed them.
Very nice and welcoming people Within walking distance of most important places to worth visiting
The wifi and cellular coverage were very poor
it is a very good place to stay , thanks to the owner and his wife who provide all the help and support during our stay , i recommend the hotel as it is very near from via Veneto and other locations in rome.
The owners were absolutely wonderful! They treated us like family and made us feel very welcome. The location of Luxury Rooms is in a decent location. It's not directly in the middle of everything but it is a short walk to the Spanish Steps and also to Via Veneto. If you don't mind walking beautiful Rome, you won't mind the location of rooms.
The staff was very helpfull and it was very clean.
Very poor value for money.
Bathroom was compact but clean. The breakfast wasn't lavish but ok to start the day. Air-conditioning worked fine.
The triple room was small. Room had one window that opened to a duct, so you can't really look out. The location is close to the major destinations but not walkable - you need to take bus or taxi.
staffs were frendly, location was good.
it is not like on the fotos. room was very small and dark.
I booked a room here, but it was damaged so the owner immediately sent me to another place close to it : rooms Pinciana. But everything was ok.
The staff were extremely nice. The location was good.
Breakfast got a bit monotonous for 3 days.
The hosts are very friendly and helpful. First we got a room on the streetside, which was too loud for us to sleep. But then they gave us another room. Breakfast is served in the room.
Breakfast is a bit too standardized and not very diverse.
