The is located in a quite area and close to the metro and bus. The room was very clean and quite comfortable and had a free safe box. Breakfast was modest, but tasty and the hotel personnel very friendly. A supermarket and a good restaurant are located close by.

The Luzzatti is a simple, no frills budget hotel. In the single rooms there is a not a lot of space to sit or lounge around but that is not needed anyway as the hotel is quite close to the subway/ tube/ metro i.e. the Manzoni station. The subway gets you to a lot of touristic places so the location does help. The area around the hotel though is typical of a downtown area and so does present somewhat of a run down look

On the last day of my four day trip, the weather in Rome had turned a little cold and the management switched off the central air-conditioning. That also switched off the fan feature. My room turned very still as literally no air flowed inside. I could not open the windows as the traffic noise was very loud. After a discussion of about a half hour with the front desk who also came up to the room to look for themselves, they refused to help indicating that this is how the system operates. I think they should have had a more helpful attitude. they also ask for a copy of one's passport on check-in which may be standard for Rome but was somewhat of a surprise to me

The reception. Staff is very helpful, the explanation of the city of Rome map was very helpful to us. We had all of our questions answered.

The price, but compared to others in Rome it was acceptable.

Proche du centre et des différents moyens de transport, l'hôtel luzzatti fut un bon choix. Le personnel est sympathique et ne parle pas que l'italien. Le ménage est fait tout les jours et les serviettes sont changées au même rythme. L'insonorisation est elle juste bonne mais habitant en maison, nous sommes plus sensibles au bruit.

L'hotel Luzzati est bien situé, dans un quartier calme , non loin du Colysée, et des moyens de transport utiles pour découvrir Rome en quelques jours. Le petit déjeuner est complet, avec un rapport qualité/prix avantageux pour un deux étoiles. Les chambres sont propres et bien chauffées, le personnel discret et disponible, c'est un établissement conforme aux descriptions présentées sur le site de réservation.

Nous avons aimé l'accueil grâce à un personnel parlant français qui nous a renseigné sur des éléments facilitant notre séjour (restau, transport,...), la propreté de l'hotel, la chambre quadruple spacieuse, un petit déjeuner copieux et surtout la proximité de l'hotel avec la Rome antique (1/4 heure à pied)

jammer dat op de dag van vertrek geen ontbijtservice mogelijk was. We vertrokken om 6.30 uur en ontbijten was mogelijk vanaf 7.00 uur.

Freundliche, entspannte Atmosphäre im Hotel, gute Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden durch die Nähe zu einer Metrostation.

Das Frühstücksangebot war jeden Tag gleich. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig.

Ruhige Lage, ideal für Städtereise, sehr freundliches Personal

Ein sehr gut gelegenes Stadthotel,mit sehr,sehr nettem, hilfsbereitem, freundlichem Personal - englische Verständigung ist gut möglich und es gibt auch einen sehr gut deutsch sprechenden Mitarbeiter .Das Frühstück war wirklich gut, süss und herzhaft ausreichend gemischt. In der Nähe (ca. 100m) befindet sich ein Supermarkt, was wir als sehr praktisch empfanden - dann ist man nicht gezwungen immer Abends auswärts zu essen. Und als uns etwas kaputt ging, wurde es sofort unaufgefordert repariert. Besonders positiv fiel auch die tägliche Zimmerreinigung auf + frische Laken und Handtücher. Punkt um : wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :) !!!!
