Bardzo dobry stosunek jakosci do ceny, bardzo pomocna obsluga, czysto, duzy pokoj 4-osobowy, calkiem bogata oferta sniadaniowa, oprocz kawy i slodkiej bulki i criossant takze wedlina, zolty ser, mleko i platki sniadaniowe, pokoj codziennie starannie sprzatany, 7 minut do stacji metra, 15 minut do Koloseum i Forum Romanum/Palatynu, supermarket naprzeciwko + 3 restauracje, klimatyzacja dzialajaca bez zarzutu, to wszystko za bardzo rozsadna cene, czego wiecej chciec? brak lodowki, ale nie mozna bylo spodziewac sie lodowki w 2-gwiazdkowym hotelu |

The is located in a quite area and close to the metro and bus. The room was very clean and quite comfortable and had a free safe box. Breakfast was modest, but tasty and the hotel personnel very friendly. A supermarket and a good restaurant are located close by. |

Its flexibility on access,room use and the broad time span available for taking breakfast. These are not complaints or criticisms as the hotel was good value:- There could have been an e-mail link provided and perhaps an english speaking channel on the tv .An Internet Cafe was available to use close by near Manzoni Metro. |

The Luzzatti is a simple, no frills budget hotel. In the single rooms there is a not a lot of space to sit or lounge around but that is not needed anyway as the hotel is quite close to the subway/ tube/ metro i.e. the Manzoni station. The subway gets you to a lot of touristic places so the location does help. The area around the hotel though is typical of a downtown area and so does present somewhat of a run down look On the last day of my four day trip, the weather in Rome had turned a little cold and the management switched off the central air-conditioning. That also switched off the fan feature. My room turned very still as literally no air flowed inside. I could not open the windows as the traffic noise was very loud. After a discussion of about a half hour with the front desk who also came up to the room to look for themselves, they refused to help indicating that this is how the system operates. I think they should have had a more helpful attitude. they also ask for a copy of one's passport on check-in which may be standard for Rome but was somewhat of a surprise to me |

Very good location. You can access the hotel from anywhere in Roma by metro, bus and tram (from Stz. Termini, in only 15 min altogether!!) Price, breakfast, staff and cleanliness are also perfect. |

very helpful staff, we got free city map and directions what to see, close to the main train station and Colosseum, close to the metro station and supermarket, good breakfast no English tv, be careful around Termini station, it's very dodgy, don't use internet cafes in this area! |

The reception. Staff is very helpful, the explanation of the city of Rome map was very helpful to us. We had all of our questions answered. The price, but compared to others in Rome it was acceptable. |

Nous avons apprécié le calme, la propreté, la qualité de la literie et la situation de l'hôtel. Le plan offert à l'arrivée est appréciable. Le petit déjeuner est suffisant (nous avions lu des commentaires à ce sujet): pain, biscottes, céréales, jambon, fromage nous convenait amplement. La pièce du petit déjeuner n'était pas chauffée (séjour en novembre) et rendait le moment moins agréable qu'il n'aurait pu l'être |

Proche du centre et des différents moyens de transport, l'hôtel luzzatti fut un bon choix. Le personnel est sympathique et ne parle pas que l'italien. Le ménage est fait tout les jours et les serviettes sont changées au même rythme. L'insonorisation est elle juste bonne mais habitant en maison, nous sommes plus sensibles au bruit. |

L'hotel Luzzati est bien situé, dans un quartier calme , non loin du Colysée, et des moyens de transport utiles pour découvrir Rome en quelques jours. Le petit déjeuner est complet, avec un rapport qualité/prix avantageux pour un deux étoiles. Les chambres sont propres et bien chauffées, le personnel discret et disponible, c'est un établissement conforme aux descriptions présentées sur le site de réservation. |

Расположение отеля довольно удачное, не далеко от центра, близко к метро, до Колизея пешком минут 15-20, до вокзала Термини - так же. Уборка номера - каждый день, белье менялось постоянно. Персонал вежливый и готовый помочь. Изъясняться по-английски может :-) Одноместный номер просто миниатюрный, но, в принципе, для того, чтобы переночевать, больше и не нужно. Есть открытая веранда с растениями в кадках. Довольно мило смотрится. Коврики на пол! Кафельный пол просто ледяной! И нет возможности выпить чашку кофе в отеле - только во время завтрака. |

Nous avons aimé l'accueil grâce à un personnel parlant français qui nous a renseigné sur des éléments facilitant notre séjour (restau, transport,...), la propreté de l'hotel, la chambre quadruple spacieuse, un petit déjeuner copieux et surtout la proximité de l'hotel avec la Rome antique (1/4 heure à pied) |

Prima locatie voor een stedentrip, waarbij logies en een ontbijt voldoende zijn. jammer dat op de dag van vertrek geen ontbijtservice mogelijk was. We vertrokken om 6.30 uur en ontbijten was mogelijk vanaf 7.00 uur. |

Hotelmitarbeiter waren freundlich, das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse völlig in Ordnung, täglich wurde das Zimmer gereinigt, sehr sauber, besonders gut fand ich den kleinen Safe (mit Nummerncode) im Zimmer |

Freundliche, entspannte Atmosphäre im Hotel, gute Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden durch die Nähe zu einer Metrostation. Das Frühstücksangebot war jeden Tag gleich. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig. |

Mooie kamer. leuke ligging in een levendig straatje, vlakbij het plein voor de kerk met leuke terrasjes. daar kan je ook op een bankje je ontbijt eten, dat je afhaalt bij de bakker op de hoek. Nabij leuk strandje, waar je vlakbij ook lekkere sandwiches kunt laten maken. Parasol geleend van eigenaren van deze B&B. Op dit adres woont een gezin met een baby. Onze (prachtige) slaaapkamer kwam uit op de woonkamer, daardoor minder gevoel van privacy.Onze badkamer lag aan de andere kant van de woonkamer. We moesten wennen aan geluid van de baby. behalve onze slaapkamer is er ook een kamer op lagere etage. . |
