Best Western Madison Hotel    

Beautiful bathroom with bright artificial marble tiles.

Poor breakfast for 4 stars hotel

Scrambled eggs for breakfast. Best breakfast we had in 2 weeks of travel in Italy. Location was excellent.

Location very close to the central trail station and in very quiet zone.

Very small room with old decoration.

Great location just few minutes from the Central Station and Metro. Clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was OK.

Excellent room; efficient staff; location near Milano Centrale train station, the metro, trams and buses makes it ideal for my purposes.

Very good location just 150 meters from the central station. Since it's located in a one way street, there was very little traffic or noise. All in all, a good alternative if you need a hotel close to the central station. Will probably book it next time I am Milan.

Small room, despite I ordered an upgraded room.

I did check out by noon time and left my luggage to luggage room. Due to my flight time I stopped by hotel at midnight in order to take my luggage would like to wait in the lobby for 1 more hour. However an employee who was in the night shift alone, told that I could not wait in the lobby with a very very rude manner and abuse my family, took from my arms and try to force me outside to the hotel! Also this employee try to beat me with cash carry steel box in red color! Everything should be monitored with the cameras! Do not ever go to this hotel! Artun

Everything was excellent!

Very good location - we were traveling to and from the Milano Centrale Train Station. Very nice room - good size, balcony, relaxing. Just what we needed. Also good restaurants in easy walking distance.

The rooms are dirty and carpets are old. I asked for non smoking room and was given a smoking room. This hotel is more a 2 star than 4. What a crappy hotel.

The room is very clean. Bath room is clean also. The location is near to central station, Asia Shop (I Can buy Indonesian Noodle), Halal Food (Turkish kebab), Self service laundry. Easy to go to Duomo and other places.

No heather in the room. It is too cold for guest from tropical country. Room amenities were not reloaded.

It's very close to the railway station and an important metro station. it overall offers a decent value for money for the location.

Breakfast varieties were limited, bathroom was small but nicely designed. Was ok for us as we got a good price otherwise can be avoided

Hotel is nice and cozy.Breakfast is delicious.you can even order individually fresh and coffee.Very beatiful views of St.Augustin Church at the hotel*s windows.A very convenient location - near Milano Centrale

Room not very warm and noisiness

Good location - 5 minutes from Milan Central Station, and 10 minutes from city centre by underground. Good value for money.

Inconsistent level of cleaning service

Room is old, bathroom in bad condition. And horrible service. I still cannot beileive how a receptionest would shout at us?!! The reception has refused to charge both our rooms from one credit card (said one room one card), and asked me to pay one room with cash, which is very inconvient for us in the first place. When I was giving him a 100 Euro cash, He satrted to shout at me saying I am making thouble for him! I am like ...what are you talking about! I cannot beleive if there would be a sfaff so out of his profession. He said to me that" I am out of my mind" and I was wasting his time that he has with other customers, where I see nobody is even in the lobby at the moment! This was crazy. My husband told him to be polite, and the receptionest said he would call the policy. How rediculous! At the end he appologized, but, still unaccepted.
