The breakfast was ok & the hotel had airconditioning which was appreciated with temperatures of 30 degrees celsius in Milan. The young male & female reception staff were arrogant & couldn't understand while we did not want to leave our passports with them (we were prepared to wait patiently while they got the details they needed - 5 mins only) & they couldn't see what was wrong with requiring us to sign a blank document. They did not want us to answer the questions on the document (supposedly required by Italian law) but they expected us to sign it, in doing so agreeing that all details filled in on the form were accurate! |

It's clean, comfortable, near the City The air-condition is not working even after in-house servicing. I felt the hotel staff should be sensitive my complaint and switch room and have the air-condition checked and repaired before letting it out to a new occupant. |

Hotel was very good, rooms very clean. breakfast buffet had a nice spread. The evening staff was very helpful and courteous. The day-time staff was less than helpful. Anything you asked was met with a minimal answer. Also, we were there on labor day when the Milan metro system shutdown at 7 PM. The hotel should have been aware of this and should have notified this to all guests to avoid inconvenience. |

location to the train station in Milan was key. It was a short distance away. The rooms were quite nice and big by European standards. The price was very reasonable. Robes and slippers! coffee in room! Nowith the hotel...I don't think..but when bidding through price line other hotels were paid at time of booking......I paid again at time of check out..as required by the front desk. Hoping I'm not billed twice. |

Very close to the central train staion and the Metro takes you to the city center within 5 minutes. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. It's not a luxury type 4-star hotel and I'd rather put it in the budget 4-star hotel category, in terms of both facilities and the price they charge. Staff at the reception were a bit short of temper... |
