We loved the staff, they were very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. We had never been to Rome, so we had a lot of questions. The rooftop breakfast was very delicious and lovely. The room was nice and you could adjust the the air conditioning to whatever you wanted which was nice because it was extremely humid there. |

The staff at the Hotel were excellent. They helped us solve a problem (in a foreign language!) that would have gone a long way toward ruining our trip to Italy had it not been solved so expeditiously! The rooms were clean, modern and comfotable.... at a reasonable price for the location and season.. Rome in June! |

Great location. Good breakfast. Not worth the price. Small room with a mild odor, limited facilities. AC didn't work well and made a loud clicking noise that was disturbing at night. |

The room was very nice and located within walking distance of the main attractions we wanted to see. The breckfast buffet was very good. The staff was very helpful and available 24/7; they arranged reasonably priced travel to the airport |

Good size rooms. Clean. Great location right near the Spanish steps. Good street view. They let us store our luggage there for three days even though we weren't coming back to stay with them. A bit of street noise, but if you have earplugs you'll be fine. |

Front desk staff were excellent and very friendly while being professional. Bedroom was decent size for European hotel. Bathroom was huge. Location was fantastic but could sometimes be a little noisy late at night. Double glazed windows cut down on outside noise in the bedroom. Could be better at replenishing bathroom supplies. Put some real glasses in the rooms, not plastic cups. |

We stayed with our two daughters to thoroughly explore Rome and found the hotel extremely conveniently situated, comfortable efficient and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, and all our (relatively few) demands were met very efficiently. We would recommend this hotel and consider staying here again when we next visit Rome. We had booked a suite of two rooms and whilst the room my wife and I had was very good our daughters room was little more than a small sitting area with two sofa beds. But they were perfectly comfotable and for the price it was good value |
