convenient location to the airport. friendly staff but seems to be not enough as there was no one to help with luggage. very good swimming pool. beautiful set up. poor quality of lightings and fixtures. not enough lights for reading and most fixtures are of poor quality. |

The website was not accurate in how they depicted the hotel. We stayed in one of the villas which would have been great if we were a family of 6 and were hoping to stay for a week in a location with a nice pool and a rustic feeling. But it was not welcoming to a couple traveling with their daughter for an overnight stay. |

convenience location to the Palermo airport. Generally, nice structure. Reasonably quiet. Shower is bad due to a flaw in the design. Water runs out into the bathroom and bed room.Although there is a terrace, no outdoor furniture to sit out. Next room with similar terrace did have a table and only one chair. |

Staff was very friendly and accommodating; communication in English was better than expected. The location of the hotel was not ideal; not really walking distance to the beach. We had a room backing onto the street in front of the hotel. The street was not busy, but we heard each car that drove by. The tile floors would be nice and cool in the summer, but not ideal for families with young children. Pool was not yet open for the summer season when we stayed (late-April). |

great restaurant. friendly and helpful staff. no airconditioning, even though they advertised it. It was hot and muggy in the room, and there were no screens on the windows. The toilet seat fell off. No english language tv in the rooms. and it was a 45 euro taxi ride to the airport , which was advertised to be 5 km. I think that 45 euro for a 5 km ride is highway robbery. |

Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Zeer basis kamer-comfort en niet zo erg netjes. Geen mogelijkheid om met openbaar vervoer naar luchthaven of Palermo te gaan. Afgelegen lokatie. |

Fina och fräscha rum, härlig pool och stor frukost (dock med huvudvikten lagd på söta kakor). En mycket trevlig tjej i receptionen som talade engelska och hjälpte oss kolla tågtider mm. Upplevde att vi blev nonchalant behandlade av flera ur personalen - det kändes som om de inte ville ha några ryggsäcksturister som åker tåg. Man ska ha bil, resväska och absolut inte vara svettig efter en lång vandring från stationen. Vi bad om läslampor vid sängarna, men de hade inga (?). |

ottimo il servizio la pulizia delle aree la cura dei particolari ed un ottimo ristorante con un maitre molto gentile il portiere di notte di una maleducazione ....mi era stato detto dalla reception che avrei potuto ritirare le bottiglie di acqua minerale al rientro ma invece il portiere di notte mi ha fatto tante storie e con fare scocciato finalmente ha provveduto a consegnarmi quanto richiesto peccato unico neo |

La tranquillità dell'ambiente dove ci si può rilassare cullati dal silenzio e le camere sono spaziose. Sono arrivato in algergo alle 23,30 è non c'è stata possibilità di mangiare e tantomeno di recuperare un sandwich. |
