The staff was outstanding! We stayed in a split level room which proved to be perfect for a family with children (included a balcony). The room was extremely clean. The staff ensured that we were well cared for during our visit. The walk into town was manageable (about 15 minutes). The decor was dated, but comfortable.

Stayed two nights in a family room. It had nice view with balcony, sufficient space for four of us, and a cozy restaurant with a lot of guests. Quiet location, five minutes drive from the city centre. Lighting in the guest room was not sufficient.

Our room was situated on the ground floor. We had a tiny private garden and were very close to the swimming pool. The swimming pool was surrounded by a fence. The hotel can easily be reached by car and is close to the center of Bolzano. From Bolzano one can take the cableway to go hiking. For hikers it is strongly recommended to buy a Mobil card. This card gives access to all cableways and public transport facilities.

My entire family loved the hotel, very charming and beautifully decorated with great views of the mountains. The restaurant was fun and lively bat night and had a feeling of "the" place to be. In the morning the complimentary breakfast buffet was amazing. Our whole family loved dining under the giant outdoor pavilion and after eating the kids played in the garden area while my wife and I enjoyed a fabulous cup of coffee in the outdoor room adjacent to the pool and an garden. I highly recommend this hotel. The only drawbacks were the heat and the parking situation. We did stay there in mid August which is the hottest time of year a fan in the room would have helped immensely as there was no air conditioning. I would assume at this altitude and situation in the mountains that extreme heat is not a normal problem for them but we had a hot night. Also parking can be a bit tricky but the sooner you beat the dinner rush at the restaurant the easier parking should be.

The cleanliness of the rooms is immaculate. The quality of the food in the restaurant is excellent; across a wide range of dishes from fine dining to affordable pizzas (dedicated pizza chef in his own kitchen). Reassuring to see locals using the hotel restaurant as here. Pool excellent. A beautiful room. Charming and helpful staff across the board. Our 2nd visit - we hope to be back. Superb location for a short stopover on the way to/from Itlian Lakes but we stayed a week! Loved it. Not another Brit in sight. Wi-Fi is now free too (though best in the bar) Only the loud Italian woman in the next room who probably could have dispensed with the mobile phone clamped to her ear most of the time - to be honest I'm sure they could have heard her wherever they were without it - we could. Her poor son! - Nothing the Hotel could do anything about her though! Wi-Fi iffy in the room but we were in the mountains and two relays between us and the router - bar was fine

There were lots of family/kids, and a nice small swimming pool with a great view. It was a bit of a walk to town, but lovely really. My room was right above the restaurant and un-airconditioned, so I had to leave my door open and there was loud conversation until after midnight.

Good place to get a glimpse of country life in Bolzano but is not far from town and main tourist spots. Easy access to Renon to get a good view of Dolomites (could not see it from the hotel as told). There is a small vineyard in front of the hotel. Hotel staffs have good service mind. The management is probably a family business but is up to standard.

La posizione. Fra I vigneti, eppure ad un minuto d'auto dal centro di Bolzano. Il panorama sulla vallata. Il giardino e la simpatica piscina. Purtroppo l'hotel e' circondato in questo periodo da un cantiere che limita le possibilità di parcheggio. Qualche problema di connessione con il wifi che comunque, a differenza da quanto riportato sulla scheda Booking com, e' gratuito.

Posizione non distante dal centro di Bolzano e dalla funivia, ottima per evitare di cercare parcheggio nella trafficata città. Colazione inclusa abbondante e di ottima qualità, pulizia minuziosa, camera molto graziosa. Personale alla reception un pò freddino e fin troppo cool, se non entri vestito alla moda ti guardano con sufficienza...

το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ προσεγμένο, καθαρό και περιποιμένο. το service πολύ καλό, όπως και το εστιατόριο. το εστιατόριο διέθετε το καλύτερο λευκό μη-εμφιαλομένο κρασί που έχω πιει. τα μπροστινά δωμάτια με θέα τα βουνά και τον κήπο, πλεονεκτούν αισητά αυτών που δεν έχουν θέα.

Das Hotel liegt schön am Rande von Bozen. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und kümmern sich gut um die Gäste. Das Restuarant ist sehr gut, die Karte ist gut sortiert. Der Pool des Hotels ist klein aber fein und der Blick auf die Dolomiten vom Pool aus ist sehr entspannend. Insgesamt hat uns das Hotel sehr gut gefallen.
