The restaurant is excellent - we had a dinner and breakfast every morning. The staff were helpful and friendly. Set on the edge of Bolzano, the parking was convenient, yet the hotel was close in (a short drive or a long walk)

The bed coverings are single featherbeds. As a couple on a double bed, this was a bit inconvenient.

Brand-new room with luxury fittings; beautiful view from our balcony. Hotel restaurant was superb!

The television apparently had something like 3,000 channels -- but only a few were available to actually watch! It would be very much appreciated having a list of just what channels they receive!

The design is very cute, easy parking, the breakfast is fabolous and very good restaurant. I think it was a great cost/benefits relation.

We had trouble with WiFi in the room, very very poor connection and the answer of the front desk was VERY unsatisfied.Not recommended as a business hotel.We will not come again.

Yes is out of town a bit but you cant change that!

Friendly multilingual stuff, nice restaurant inhouse (very nice pizza!), location is optimal for price/quality ratio (city centre is 15-20 minutes walk, Obereggen ski slope is about 20 km away), parking is available. During summer it is no a problem to walk 15-20 minutes to city centre, but in winter time, it's better to go by car.

No swimming pool inside, poor facilities for skiers (I assume you need to dry out your clothes in order to start next day skiing again)

The service of the manager is arrogant and affected. The booking that this hotel does is not reliable. We reserve well in advance for a room with balcony, but when we arrived, on a Saturday in high season, they gave us a room very very tiny, and without balcony. Then the manager said it was the only room available that night and that the only thing he could do was say "sorry" (without the slightest sincerity). And worse: Few days later I saw that even that night, without my permission, they did a manipulation inside the system of Bookink.com, modifying the type of room I booked, as if I had requested it in this day.

The section that we stayed in was very new. Even though on a main road it had double glazing and was very quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good with fresh food being topped up at all times. The restaurant staff were very good. We ate at the restaurant and the food was excellent. There was a beautiful outdoor eating area, which would be stunning in the summer.

We didn't have a car but it seemed there was plenty of room for parking. The hotel was a couple of kms from the city centre but the bus stop was a few metres from the front entrance. Just a tip if you do need the bus in Bolzano..buy the bus tickets from the train station Tabacco shop.It was a nightmare trying to pay on a fast moving bus. The staff needed to know more about the public transport for those who needed the bus.

The television system

This hotel was a welcome break after a couple of disappointing stays elsewhere. We were travellingas a family of five and found the room to be very well set up for our needs. There was a main area with a pullout and a chaise and we also brought in a rollaway, there was still room to move around with all of the beds set up. There was a seperate room with a queen bed which was very comfortable. The bedding all seemed to be of high quality and it was very clean. We were also quite impressed with the staff. The view from our deck was beautiful!

The location is less than ideal if you want to be close to the centre of town but it is within walking distance.

Most excellent all round staff we have Everett encountered. friendliness and effort beyond any expectations.
