The good customer service. My wife needed a place to hike and the receptionist was extremely helpful. And drank some good wine. The bar tender makes a good spritzer. The trains at night. And I don't think the AC worked too well in Room 210. Can you check that out? |

THe rooms were excellent (value for money), the restaurant very cosy, the dinner served delicious (pizza) and the breakfast extremely rich in variety and food quality. Also, the outdoor pool and kiosk,as well as the restaurant veranda are beautiful and I strongly recommend this hotel for a summer stay, in hot weather. The only negative comment I have to make is that we arrived late at night (at 23.00) and didn't get informed by the reception that the parking area at the basement of the hotel is well served by the lift of the hotel, which would make easier bringing our luggage to the rooms. |

l' ubicazione tra montagne e vigne nonostante la vicinanza alla città.La camera con accesso diretto al bel giardino e piscina.Il ristorante con menù prelibato ed impeccabile servizio L' impianto di condizionamento in camera non funzionava; nonostante la constatazione di un' addetta alla reception e la promessa di una soluzione il problema non è stato risolto. ok, un guasto si può verificare ed eventualmente non riparare in tempi brevi, ma dalla reception ci è stato erroneamente risposto che il danno era riparato e non è stato preso in esame un cambio di stanza. |

Es ist eher ein kleineres ruhiges Hotel. Es ist stadtnah und dadurch kann man gut einkaufen. Als Durchgangshotel auf dem Transit an den Gardasee zu empfehlen. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Pizzeria im Hause am Abend überfüllt, wollten nur noch etwas trinken, wurden aber vom Kellner nicht bedient. Sind dann auf das Zimmer gegangen. |
