Hotel Magenta    

It was comfortable . The staff were excellent. They helped us alot when we had to leave our luggage so we could have another day in Florence and also helped us whilst we sorted out the hire car .

Nicely and modern decorated. Comfortable beds. Good location just within 10 minutes from both the train station and the historical city centre.

The rooms were qiute insufficiently soundproof. We could hear other guests as well as the street below. As we were due to check out just before 7 am, we asked in the reception as we checked in if it was possible to get any breakfast. Unfortunately this was not possible, but we were promised coffee. However, in the morning this was not possible anymore.

The staff was very polite and available to answer to any questions. The car parking that they own in front of the hotel was very useful as well. The room was really clean and spacious.

Breakfast wasn't that good at all. There were very few things and they didn't look fresh at all.

The room is very modern and stylist. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast could be improve further.

Not exactly in the center.

Very convient for our stay. It was about 10 mins walk from the train station with luggage, but in a very quiet street near the University of Economics. Staff were helpful and friendly.

I've stayed here before as it is in a quiet street yet convenient for the station. Although it has changed hands and name, the staff were as pleasant and helpful as ever.

It is more expensive than before.

Really comfortable hotel, cleanliness was superb. Linen and towels were of great quality. breakfast was continental style and there was lots of it. A great hotel in a great location, just of the main drag so nice and quiet at night.

Das Badezimmer und speziell die Dusche sind etwas eng.

Oda tasarımları iyi. Yatakları rahat. Kahvaltı idare eder; en azdından tatlıların yanında poğoça ve krem peynir mevcut. Personel güleryüzlü. El sabunu, duş jeli ve şampuanları Floransa yapılımı ve mükemmeller.

Arka odalar karanlık ve camlar birdirine çok yakın. Gece diğer odalardaki konuşmalalardan rahatsız olabilirsiniz. Bir de maalesef sivrisinek problemi var. Asansör çok dar. Duş çok çok dar.

Personal muy amable y atento. Desayuno bueno y abundante. Está relativamente cerca de la estación de tren y de autobús.

El personal es excelente y especialmente Juan Carlos. Tuvimos problemas por la perdida de una documentación y nos ayudaron con la policía, embajada,etc.

Localização e café da manhã.

O frigobar não funcionava nem o aquecedor. O chuveiro é muuuuito pequeno, de cortina, molhava todo o resto do banheiro, com certeza alguém gordo não ficaria confortável lá. O hotel é muito caro para o que ele oferece.

отель понравился.небольшой, номеров 20. от ж/д вокзала минут 12-15 идти с чемоданом, налегке еще быстрее. отель расположен на тихой улице, народу мало. завтраки вкусные, но стандартные, без изысков. персонал отзывчивый, всегда готовы помочь и объяснить как и куда пройти/проехать. WiFi работает отлично, без перебоев.

в ванной комнате душ - это шторка и дырка в полу, поэтому после купания половина комнаты залита водой.

Ambiente silenzioso assolutamente piacevole.

Es una muy buena opción en florencia. El personal siempre muy atento y dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo lo que requeríamos. Pedimos el desayuno una hora antes del horario estipulado y no tuvieron ningún inconveniente en hacerlo. Recomendamos un restaurant peruano que queda a la vuelta del hotel que se llama "el tiburón", abundante comida, buen precio y muy buen trato además de hablar en español.
