Hotel Serena is set within walking distance of Termini Train Station, which is just around the corner. The area offers many typical restaurants.

Adorasuite B&B is 165 yards from Termini Train and Metro Station, and also enjoys great bus services towards the historic center. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and private bathroom.
Score from 88 reviews Good
The hotel is in front of st Maggiore church. Good ilumination in front of the build and close to Termini Station. The room was large and clean. Giuliano was great on helping us when we had doubts. We had the key from the outside door, so we were completely free to come on or get put whenever we wanted.
We asked for a double room, and we received two single beds together, and during the night they got separated. Very uncomfortable. There was no receptionist during the night.
Location excelent, good restaurants near by, gelatarias, coofee shops
The lockers are old and sometime give you some problems. There are no safe lockers in the room
Location and staff.
Very thin on amenities!
Good location, good price
No attention to clients
Good location about 5 mins from Termini.
It's not a B&B, name is a little misleading. Shower leaked and bathroom door didn't close.
Close to city sites Lift available as we had heavy suitcases
Small room Tiny bathroom Noisy overlooking a restaurant that was busy and open late Very uncomfortable bed and pillows Bed was a twin size (for 2 adults) and we were told all beds were the same size Debited my credit card on reservation, not on arrival as stated
the staff were worse than anything eles. very bad and rude
This was my second time staying at B&B Maggiore. The staff offered to help us carry our stuff up the stairs, and there was a lift. No AC, but having the windows open was perfect. It's in a great location. If you're looking at the front of Santa Maria Maggiore church, it's on the left next to a coffee shop.
Wifi works in the sitting room, but not the rooms. They don't advertise it working in the rooms though.
Before we arrived, the reception did send us a email said an additional fee would be charged when check-in later then 7 pm. But after I replied the email ask about how much for that, and how to avoid that fee, nobody relied me. And then I made several phone calls, but no one picked up. Finally, when we came to the hotel at 7:30 pm, they charged us a 20 € fee. I think that was unfair when the fee for each night was only 48 €.
Only location? But there are lot's of hotels near the station termini.
I have naver posted review until now. However I have to notice that The hotel, I think that is not a hotel was filthy and staff is very unkind. no WIFI.. And I have been in two night. I have to move room without no help from staff..because toilet wall give way... If you reservated already, please think again...
proximity to main train terminal thus to various means of public transport, & the basilica maria maggiore. staff contacts guests days before arrival to give location instructions & try their best to accomodate guests' requests.
very basic facilities, unstable internet connection in guestrooms. reception opens only at 09.30h & closes at 19.00h.
Location was fabulous. They do not provide breakfast, but just outside is a great cafe Cottini. Great coffee and sweets...So close to station and all the attractions, if your into walking. I would stay there again for money value.
Very helpful staff
The ubication is wonderful, near to mains places, the personal is vey friendly
Everything in this hotel was bad starting from having no tissues, no basket, no safe, no airconditioning, no proper closet in the room to not having shampoo or even soap in the bathroom. The bathroom door cant be closed and the shower drops water to the whole bathroom and the room as well. Wifi wont cover the room and breakfast is not included in the charge eventhough other hotels in Rome has it included along with wifi and ac for less prices. The hotel charged me for extra 20 Euro for late check in. I have stayed in room 304 and will never comeback or recommend this hotel to others.
The cleaning and room
Very good value for money
Various items missing ie remote control for tv, keys to the safe etc Different location away from the main office so harder to get support if anything went wrong
Good location, most of the staff helpful, clean.
Not good air circulation in the room, fan, no AC
The location was good, just a 5 minute walk away from the Termini station. It was easy to find as it was right opposite to the Santa Maria Maggiore Cathedral. The staff was friendly enough when meeting us.
The sheets and towels had stains on them which was pretty disgusting. The mirror on the wardrobe was broken which gave a bad impression as well. The overall look of the room was very worn out. The bathroom was the worst with the toilet seat almost falling off. The shower was dirty and we even found pubic hair on the soap holder. Not acceptable! There were a few old shampoo bottles left which left the impression that the cleaners did not care enough to make the space look fresh. It was also very difficult to get into the building and the room with the keys as the locks were old. There was no air-con, only if you paid. All-in all it was not a comfortable stay, even if the price was cheap and we didn't expect much. It did not feel hygienic to sleep in the room.
Great location, room was air conditioned which was a plus.
Our room was located in a different building to the actual hotel, which was not a problem for us but some may find an issue with.
The staff could not have been more helpful and were full of knowledge. Central location and excellent for the train station
location, cheap breakfast in the little bar next door
the "second unit"
Unusual heat wave so the staff offered us ac at no additional charge. Very helpful and friendly. Room and bathroom clean. Location great for colosseum, forum and train station. Enjoyed it and would recommend.
Very nice staff, near to Termini Station, walk distance to the Colosseum.
Location was great, staff helpful
Bathroom smelled terribly Very noisy
