Score from 579 reviews Very good
Located near main train station, many food nearby
Very small elevator
Although the bedspread is slightly worn, sheets and pillow case were fresh. Italian TV only but includes cable channels.
Although, admittedly, a late booking, given room one door from reception. Slightly spartan (one pillow which makes reading or watching TV difficult). Staff a little impatient so difficult to ask for advice.
Clean, nice size room, good location to access Metro and train station.
the wall is thin, can hear next room's noises.
Clean, staff is helpful, near Termini station, good air-con
small elevator if you bring big luggage. We had 3 big one so we need to go 3 times.
The Location was eccellent. It is in the centre of Rome. So near bus and train central station. The busses to the airports are just 100 meeter from the hotel
The lift is very small. It takes 2 persons only.
Location, staff very friendly
Location was perfect. Very near to terminal with lot of restaurants sorrunded. One of the roman national museaums and a chappel at walkable distance. Nice facilities and reasonably good wifi.
Very small lift.
The location is very central if you are travelling between cities... right near the main Termini station. The wifi was excellent and toilets are very clean and serviced everyday. A comfy bed for the end of hectic day.
Although it is located just outside the station. I won't recommend this if you are only seeing Rome, you could stay somewhere more central. This worked for us as we travelled by train. The area is not the posh area of Rome and is a bit crowded. The roads are not clean in the surrounding.
Lots of restaurants nearby, transport couldn't have been closer. Clean and nice staff. Most of them spoke english. Safe and secure, neighborhood is good.
Was put right by the front door so could hear all comings and goings. Long walk to the sites. Tiny elevator.
- The room was functional; though the bathroom was quite claustrophobic. - The lift for going up to the 3rd floor was even more claustrophobic; but atleast the place had a lift. You didn't need to haul your luggage up 3 floors. - Location of the hotel is very close to Termini. Commuting was no problem whatsoever.
- There was no breakfast provided; but that was not much of a problem. There were any number of good eating joints nearby where one could pick up a sandwich. - What could have been provided is a kettle with some coffee / tea in the morning.
Every thing is good except lift, lift is very small and narrow, even couldnt fit baby stoller.
The location is excellent. You are right by the train station and delicious restaurants. Very easy to get around the city
The staff was very rude. They would enter our room without knocking. They yelled at us to leave at 11am when we had no idea that was our checkout time and turned off our power so we had to pack in the dark. They were not very helpful and we were a group of 20 year old girls
It was as I expected and close to Termini.
Good location, clean, very friendly staff.
Nothing, it was very good value for money.
Clean, Easily to Locate, Friendly Staff
A place is little crampy specially the lift but this is OK with a budget like this
A nice, clean, secure hotel a few feet away from the central station. Very convenient location and helpful staff.
water and shower room
Close to the train station and super market. Nice and comfortable rooms.
The elevator is too small. Little bit noisy from the dish washer staff downstairs from the restaurant next door.
Loved the fact that the hotel was a three minute walk from the main Termini train and subway station. That made getting around Rome so easy, as well as getting to the airport for the flight home. There's also a bus for around 4 euro that will get you to the airport as well... The room was pretty basic but exceptionally clean. The sign for the hotel is small so you have to really be looking for it. You ring the buzzer by the door and they let you in. Once you're checked in, you'll get a key to the front door, as well as a room key. We also had keys to our particular corridor and the room safe. There's a small store across the street- hotel is on a narrow street- a Chinese restaurant, and if you turn left at the front door and walk towards Termini, there are several small places to eat located on that main street, and of course some great cappuccino.
I didn't mind it so much but my husband and son who are much taller and just bigger in general than I am didn't like the elevator. It was narrow and long. It wasn't the typical size, but to use only once a day to go out and then again to go back up, I didn't think it was a big issue.
Near the train station.
The elevator is too small, making it very hard to move luggages up and down.
narrow space and no phone to call on reception, no breakfast included
I like the location of the hotel, easy to find! The room was comfortable and very clean. Its very good 2 star hotel! Staff were very helpful !
The gentleman on the reception was very polite even that he didn't speak very good English but the lady was a little bit weird I don't know may be she was the owner.
Very close to the main station. Reasonably cheap. The room and bathroom is neat and clean. Worth your money.
The location of this hotel is great and the staff at the reception were very friendly.
cleaning started a bit too early-at 8 am the cleaners were already opening my door.
Comfortable location for transfers.
