Hotel Magnifico

bei anreise war info betr. sehenswürdigkeiten, bus + stadtplan ok

es war am freitag kein frühstück in der früh vor ort. es wurde uns auch vom preis nicht abgezogen !!

Das Hotel liegt zentral, in der Nähe des Bahnhofes Termini, man kann das Zentrum bequem zu Fuß erreichen.

Das Hotel kann man nicht wirklich als Hotel bezeichnen, es sind nur ein Paar Zimmer auf einem Stockwerk in einem alten Gebäude. Das Gebäude ist zwar schön, es ist aber kein Hotel im herkömmlichen Sinne. Die Rezeption ist nur von 10 bis 18 Uhr besetzt, man bekommt einen Schlüsselbund mit einer Gebrauchsanleitung und keine Tel.

Very small (6 rooms) hotel on 2nd floor, accessed from a courtyard off Via Nazionale. Location perfect, walking distance (<1km) from Termini station and handy for most central tourist spots, on 2 bus routes to the Vatican. Low cost for Roma, has aircon and a fridge in room

Not easy to find until I found the right building. Only tiny sign amongst lots of others on V. Nazionale frontage bellboard. (However, Booking.com does give the address and the buildings are numbered, so it just takes logic to find)

Very convenient and central. Great value for money.

Location was excellent, room was nice and big enough and it wasn't noisy at all considering it is in a busy street.

6 keys just to go in! Check in was at 2pm and check out at 10.30am. Crazy hours! And cleaner lady didn't made our room because it was 12 am. She said angry "It is too late". It is a hotel and they treat us live living in their family house.

Claudia (the receptionist) is very friendly and helpful.

Not easy to locate the hotel as the signboard is not prominent and it is along a busy road. Not surprising as it shares the location with a number of other accommodations. And it takes a while to walk from Termini to the hotel.

Close to Metro station and on the other side of the street there is a concert place where we went in the evening for opera. the rooms are inside the building, no noise from the street

Open 5 doors to get to our room, but on the other hand it is safer.

Friendliness of staff and train access. I had an early flight and the staff provided breakfast in my room the evening prior to my departure. That was a pleasant surprise.

Room was a bit smelly(old urine) . I kept the windows open because it was a bit warm so the smell may have come from outside.

Está muy bien comunicado cerca de termini a unos 10 minutos andando y a 100m de la boca de metro la república.

El desayuno un poco pobre y la habitación que nos dieron da a un patio interior un poco oscuro, no ruidoso, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien.

La habitación estaba limpísima y el hotel está situado perfectamente para visitar Roma ya que se encuentra cerca de la estación Termini. El personal amable.

El armario no tiene cajoneras y el llavero tiene muchas llaves aunque no tiene importancia. El desayuno era muy repetitivo: cruissant y tostadas con mermelada, miel o nutella y café.

La propreté et la situation centrale dans Rome, on peut tout faire à pied de Via Nazionale. L'accueil était chaleureux même si la dame de la réception ne parlait pas un mot d'anglais. Je recommande cet endroit pour un mini séjour en ville, la sdb est agréable (et propre) chambre pas belle mais propre et confortable. Comme c'est uniquement pour dormir... çA suffit.

Notre chambre était située près de la réception donc assez bruyant mais au final assez calme car peu de passage. Le déjeuner n'est vraiment pas terrible quand il est pris à l'extérieur. Enfin, nous avions réservé 4 nuits et quand nous sommes arrivés, il n'y en avait que 3. Le principal, très gentil et parlant anglais, nous a trouvé une chambre dans un autre hôtel du même niveau sans charges en plus. Cela s'est bien terminé mais pas très agréable tout de même.

Accueil parfait, personnel très sympa et disponible. Pour la voiture, un garage avec un tarif négocié par l'hotel se trouve à deux pas. Hotel très sûr et très calme (on a un trousseau de 6 clés pour atteindre la chambre !). Chambre quadruple sans prétention mais très propre et fonctionnelle. La situation est idéale, on est à proximité de tous les principaux momuments et de la station de métro Reppublica. C'est mon deuxième séjour à Rome dans cet hotel, j'y retournerais et je le recommande.

Le service du petit déjeuner n'est pas dans l'hotel, il faut aller dehors pour se rendre dans un petit bar à proximité; Ce n'est pas vraiment un problème mais par contre le contenu du petit déjeuner n'est pas très diversifé.
