I would not ever recommend this place that is not a hotel to anyone! Upon arrival some of the rooms we booked were unavailable. This meant that some members of the family were put into smaller rooms that then had to be changed the following day. The term breakfast included is a joke. The premises was not attended during the night and we all felt unsafe! A purchased item went missing from one of the rooms. It was a disaster!

The only good thing about this location is its proximity to the Termini train station. It is quite a way's away from the city center by foot. The wifi was good. The room was quite spacious and clean. Got what we paid for.

The "included" breakfast is a lie. You can't call a pre-packaged croissant and a warm water bottle a breakfast. The guy at the front desk was a little creepy when we were a group of three girls and our bedroom had space for four people and he said he could be our fourth........

Good value for the excellent location close to the major sights and metro. Quiet due to a nice little courtyard separating the block from the main thoroughfare.

Payment had to be made in cash as the credit card machine was said to have broken down. Breakfast was in the form of pre-packed snacks. Reception not manned 24 hours.

The staff was very friendly - they waited for us even though we arrived very late (thank you!), the location was great - very close to Republicca metro station. It was rather quiet, the bathroom was very small but clean. We cannot complain on the breakfast and advice other travellers to take into consideration that Romans dont eat breakfasts so dont expect fresh croissants! We had all we needed and for a bigger breakfast there were restaurants and bars nearby.

We had a smelly blanket in the closet - couldnt really use it because the smell was strong. Also the curtains would need some washing up - a bit too much dust for an allergic person.

Quiet and comfortable, very good value for money. Receptionist was always helpful and daily concerned that I was comfortable. Great WI FI, quick and easy to use. Would recommend 100%

A little smell from the shower, but I think due to the building.

Rooms were quite clean with a small fridge and small safe. Owner was quite helpful.

This is not a Hotel. Can best be described as an Apartelle. No staff on duty between 4:30pm and 8:30am. No tea / coffee facilities in the room. Only Italian TV available and Wifi was intermittent at best. Signal dropped out around 60 second intervals.

Value for money. Quite clean and in a good spot of the city within a walking distance to all atractions. Good size room, very quite. Room service done every day.

I would not call it a hotel really. Reception is tiny open only from 8.30am till 6pm and a few rooms. Breakfast is a packed croissant, yoghurt and a small stroll juice, in your room ‘bar’. You get instant coffee and tea, which you make yourself in a coffee machine in a corridor / reception which is open only when reception is open. There is no WiFi in a room.! You need to stand in a corridor to get any signal. And the hair dryer did not work in our bathroom.

It isnt a hotel. It is an inn. Very expensive for its facilities.

The morning staff Jean Paul is very nice and trying to help you with everything

The owner is not nice and not allowing you to come to hotel with guests, it means that if your friend wants to come with you to your room for some short time - it is not possible - he have to wait you outside Walls are very thin and you here everything what is happening in every room Breakfast is poor - just a croissant and a coffee Not really a hotel but a hostel located in the appartment on the 2nd floor

    very clean

    - basic breakfast (as expected). - very very thin walls, any small noise you can hear it (including the conversations on the hall, or from the next rooms). - personal barriers (when cleaning was performed) were overstepped

located 1/2 block from the Metro. Good security. Nice people. Very close to restaurants and a food store.

Desk clerk didn't speak very good English. The stairs weren't too good with heavy bags although the elevator helped.

Missing emmenities such as a blow drier and a safety deposit box which were given to other rooms (friends) but not to us. Very inconsistent with room quality. Wi-fi and service was not accessible in the rooms and it was difficult to receive connection near the front desk. Staff also attempted to have us check out early. Luckily, I printed out the information and was able to confront the staff about their check-out time.
