The service with shuttle bus to & from the city center The breakfast & the coffee The stuff & the service . The private parking
The location .
The room was dirty, internet was either none or very little Location was terrible. Electrical sockets did not work. This hotel is rated as a 4 star should be rated as a 3 star. I have nothing good to say about this hotel
Out of the horrible hustle and bustle of Naples. Car parking on site in secure safe area.
No facilities in room to make a tea or coffee before bedtime.
Staff were very friendly; food was good; room clean and about average size; free parking and WiFi were nice.
Location was more industrial, but we were just passing through so it was not a problem.
Welcoming staff. The first room assigned was not acceptable. Arrangements were quickly made to find a more suitable room for us. Many choices for breakfast. Shuttle service to the airport for an early flight had been arranged during booking. The driver arrived on time, helped us with our luggage and we had time to spare.
The hotel is located in a run-down, dirty part of Naples. The streets had not been cleaned for weeks, perhaps months, and thus garbage and other "stuff" was everywhere. A couple of prostitutes were on the streets looking for customers. Not the greatest environment for tourists.
Good hotek, large parking lot. Very goid service.
Very difficult location, need use hotel shuttle to access city center.
We didn't like location. Gianturco doesn't look like a safe district. Very dirty part of Napoli.
If you came for a sightseeing city trip, it's a very good hotel. Parking area is very safe. The room is OK and clean, metro station is only a few minute walking from the hotel. The woman by the reception desk is very polite and helpful. .
Breakfast is very poor, after 9 a.m. everything runs out !
The location. Good because not far from the train station but the neighbourghood was creepy...ok if it is for a short period
Hotel is very good, really feels like 4 star hotel. We did not use hotel restaurant, but when we asked at reception about some places where to eat, they suggested very good pizzeria almost just across the street where we had best pizzas during our stay in Italy and fantastic service.
Location is qute bad if you are interested in returning back from city center by foot when its dark outside (that could be scary). But if you have a car and are driving to hotel parking and just go to hotel (not outside on the street) then its ok.
General ambiance of the hotel was OK
Located in a dodgy neighbourhood in an industrial part of town limited choice of alternative eating places. Terrible traffic in area.
it is nice hotel.
the location and surrounding do not match with this good hotel.
The staff was really good and friendly.
The location I did not like. But iwas OK because for us it was a one night stay.
1. The cleanliness 2. Courteous staff
1. The size of the room 2. The bathroom, especially the shower area
