The parking facility were exelent and very safe the staff were very welcoming, The breakfast could have more variety of hot food, The pool and other facitietys were not listed in our room, so we did not no what was available at the hotel without us having to ask. |

Helpful and pleasant staff. The best breakfast buffet we werr offered in the 5 hotels we stayed in diring our visit to Sicily. Easy walking distance to the centre of town with excellent resturants. Fantastic view from our bedrooms over the sea. Despite the weather being warm the pool had been closed for 10 days. Travelling with my teenage children one of the facors in choosing this hotel was its swimming pool which I expected to be open until the end of October as was the case in other hotels we stayed in during our October halfterm holiday. |

Everything was functional. We got the help we needed by the hotel-staffl and it was easy to be a guest at Mahara. It was a quite calm athmosphere at the hotel and a nice view into the garden, but in the diningroom evenings it too cold- too much light and cold interior. I would like a more cosy room with candles and colours. |

The staff were very helpful & friendly I booked a seaview room but unfortunately these rooms ( 1st Floor ) lack a proper balcony where one can sit and enjoy the view. Very inefficient laundry service. The only facility i.e.the outdoor pool not heated & not covered( for adverse weather ) - water was cold to swim in. |

Das Abendessen im Hotel und das Frühstück waren sehr gut. Die Flure sind völlig schmucklos. Sie strahlen eine Krankenhausatmosphäre aus. Auch in den Zimmern fehlen Bilder an den Wänden. |

Schönes Hotel in umgebauten arabischen Gemäuern.Großzügige Zimmer mit Balkon zum grünen Innenhof.Einrichtung wohltuend klar, sehr gute Betten.Nach langer Fahrt eine Wohltat, den Pool zu benutzen.Freundlicher Empfang, vor allem konnte mal wieder jemand englisch.Kurzer Weg zur Altstadt mit guten Restaurants.Freies Parken in der Garage. Das Frühstück ist italienisch ok. Kaffeeautomat mit Nestleprodukten passt eigentlich nicht . Poolhandtücher sind kostenpflichtig. (Werden sie zu oft als Souvenir mitgenommen?) |

balkon, kon je niet op zitten,amper 50 cm.Shuttel service strand.maar een tijdt terug 15.30 uur,erg vroeg. Bar, nou ja was er wel maar werdt niet gebruikt. Ik was er vanaf 01 Sep. er waren bijna geen mensen,ik ben dan ook drie dagen eerder naar huis gegaan, viel erg tegen. |
