The room was nice, and in a convenient place.

The lady who runs this b&b was very odd. I could never get in touch with her in a timely manner even when it was check in time and I was hoping to, well, check in. The wifi also did not work. I notified my host, and though she said she fixed it nothing changed. She was always flustered and in a rush, so by that point I did not tell her about the internet again because it simply wasn't worth it. Also the hotel art is disconcerting, with a large painting of an airbrushed heavily made-up woman and a persian cat floating in some pink clouds directly in front of the bed. It watches you sleep.

Some weeks prior to our arrival in Arezzo the owner contacted us to say that they were having to have some work done on the property and so they would need to put us into another of their properties. So we actually stayed in Via Dei Redi 13. It was AMAZING! So comfortable, clean and spacious! My grown up daughters thought they'd died and gone to heaven when they saw the bath with jacuzzi. We loved our stay and are so grateful to the Signora for moving us here. It really made the last few days of our family holiday. This property (Via dei Redi) is right in the heart of historic Arezzo, so we could walk out of the apartment and straight into some of the best restaurants and bars in town.

Because the property is right in the heart of historic Arezzo, the restaurants around are open late, so there was some noise of conversation hubbub late at night. Nothing a good pair of earplugs couldn't block out, though. Two of the bedrooms (one double, one twin) overlook this street side, but the other double bedroom is away on the other side of the apartment and was very peaceful at night.

We love Arezzo and this was a perfect place to stay for a week. Wonderful location in a neighbourhood but a short walk to everything wonderful about the city. Very spacious and charming place.

Hospitality, location and spaciousness of the rooms.

An access door installed at the entry hall of the first floor room would ensure the privacy while reaching the en-suite bathroom.
