A fantastic view across the historic center from the rooftop terrace is just one of the benefits of staying at Hotel Sistina, set between Piazza Barberini and the Spanish Steps.

The location of the hotel is great. 10 mins walking from the spanish steps. The room is small but really comfortable and the hotel has a beautiful terrace.
Central location Friendly staff Clean room
WiFi dropped in and out frequently Shower went hot/cold intermittently
Lovely service, very friendly staff especially Michela who would always go out of her way for us, good location, yummy breakfast with many options, and very very clean!
Friendly service,BBC Large TV., good breakfast on the terrace
Awkward shower, no where to put bags, speedy 140 on freeway scary taxi driver who they use .
the location was excellent, everything was closed. the room clean and modern, it had all the facilities and the bed was very comfortable. People were nice and I liked that they left the air condition open even when we were out so the room was cool when we arrived back.
the hotel was too small! it had only three rooms and the room were even smaller. You don't have were to leave your bags and no free space at all. No view from the window. I think for its price (122 euro/per day) it should be better. the WiFi had problems.
Breakfast on the terrace, very good location
We had a lovely time there.the room was small, but really cute and very clean.we were on foot and the location was perfect.everything was near.the stuff very kind.breakfast was ok with nice coffee.
Nice and modern furnishings. Obliging hosts. Good located nearby the Piazza Navona. Nice terrace on the roof.
The WiFi doesn't work properly. There were a lot of interruptions. Not everyone of the staff was capable to speak English. A bit noisy during the night, if you like to sleep with an opened window.
everything about it was a new experince for me .. loved it .. the staff .. well thanks mehaelah :D
The location was significant. The room was new decorated. The staff was smiling.
The room was too small for two people. It's impossible to move in the room. There wasnt enough place for anything.
This place is inside a tiny building, about 12 ft wide and 2 stories high. It has 3 rooms, one downstairs and two upstairs. R102 faces the street upstairs but it is a very quiet street. Because of the size of the building, our room was extremely small. R102 has a bed with about 18" of room to walk around and that's it. This makes walking around with two people close to impossible and there is no space to store your suitcase except if it fits under the bed. Hanging rod for clothes is so high even a 6' person has difficulties reaching it. No chairs, no desk. Furniture seems to be home-made white melamine particle board, custom-fit for the tiny room. Bathroom is small but adequate with a shower (no spa!). Room has a mini fridge and content is free (soft drinks, cookies, nuts etc). The two upstairs rooms can be reached via a narrow staircase, which at its most narrowest point is less then 18" wide, making carrying a heavy suitcase very difficult. Place is being cleaned by the same maid who sets up breakfast. Trash was not picked up during our stay. Room is clean on surface but very dirty in all the corners and nooks and crannies. Shower is moldy. Breakfast is served downstairs at a table for two by a maid who comes at 8am in the morning. There is no way breakfast can be served in the room as indicated on Booking.com. Not sure what happens if all rooms want to have breakfast at the same time. Breakfast is very simple, white toast bread (no croissants), salami and prosciutto, pre-sliced old cheese (edges dried out), yoghurt, fruit, coffee, prepackaged mini servings of jelly and nutella. One day we were offered orange juice. There is a terrace on the roof which can be reached via a tiny spiral staircase, but be careful, the railing is lose and wobbles. Upstairs are two tables with chairs. We had an issue with check-in and had to call the number on the door to be told we have to pickup the key at Navona Suites, a 5-min walk.
Tiny room. Not very clean. Poor breakfast. Unusable Internet. No staff onsite.
Location was great
Managerial staff kept lying to us about our room type and availability of the one we booked, Roberto pretended to be on our side but in fact was contradicting himself each time he was talking to us by giving different explanations of the situation (we booked and paid for a better room than we got).
-Very good location -tastefully decorated rooms -good value for money -good breakfast
Even though we loved this hotel, at the beginning there was a big problem: the air conditioner wasn’t working the first night (in august!). They promised to fix it the next day, but nobody came and nobody answered the mobile phone. Finally we could reach somebody and they gave us –for free- one night in another (good) hotel. The next morning the air conditioner was fixed and everything was fine. So the staff helped us with our problem but the first night without air conditioner was horrible.
