Hotel Maja  

Very clean, comfortable room, modern spotless bathroom, comfortable bed. The rooms must have been recently renovated. Pleasant view of beach from our 5th floor room w/ balcony. Adequate breakfast. Convenient to beachfront. Easy to find. Off-season(?) price made this hotel a reasonable stopover for one night. Friendly staff-not fluent in English, but managed to communicate just fine.

WiFi available only in lobby (a common problem in many venues, it seems). While parking was convenient--next door, it was located on the site of an old building being restored (or demolished?)--but car survived the night. Halls seemed a little musty.

Had good location on the beach front.

Not able to get air conditioning in the room, despite having Italian colleague make request asking. Room was very hot at night so had to open windows and subsequently had mosquitoes in the room. Ended up badly bitten. Liitle english spoken by staff.

Good location next to the beach. Very nice included breakfast. Free parasol and chairs on the beach. Rent a bike for 1 hour free. Free wifi.

The staff had little to none knowliege of speaking english. A little expensive for what you get. Bike rental is free the first hour, after that 3 euro/hour, too expensive. Very weak Wifi strength in my room.

Very close to the beach and the breakfast choices were brilliant. The view from our room (fourth floor) was excellent. Very clean and tidy room good shower and comfortable beds.

Not speaking Italian meant that we did not make the most of what was available. It would have been preferable to have had a bar to get buy a drink at night, it meant that we had to go to the Bar across the road to get a drink. However our overall impression is a good one and we would recommend friends and family to stay at this hotel.

Car parking, sea wiev side, balcony, good room, If I have time to visited Pescara again I will return to Hotel Maja

Location and proximity to the beach. Wonderfull bike path right between hotel and their private beach.

La cortesia del personale alla reception, sempre sorridenti, cortesi e pronti a dare una mano. Le camere inoltre hanno infissi che isolano molto dal rumore.

le personnel était très acceuillant, disponible, chaleureux.. le petit dej très copieux, les chambres propre..

Nous avions pris une chambre avec balcon pour avoir vu sur mer, mais l'hotel est trop proche de la route donc très très bruillant

Buon albergo,comodo,silenzioso in ottima posizione

L'hotel si trova in ottima posizione di fronte al mare e abbastanza vicino al centro della città. L'accoglienza è simpatica, gradevole, attenta e al tempo stesso discreta. La stanza da me occupata grande, confortevole, con balcone di fronte al mare. Non si poteva chiedere di meglio. Non posso che consigliare questo albergo sotto tutti I punti di vista.

Il bagno, grande e ben organizzato.

Ottimo panorama al risveglio,camera vista mare ovviamente.

No è un aspetto proprio negativo,ma l'arredo è un pò datato.
